The Regulation Of Plant Hormone On The Increase Of Tuber Weight And Sugar Accumulation Of Sugar Beet

With high yield and high sugar content varieties as material,used enzyme-linked immunosorbent method(ELISA),analyzed the relationship between endogenous hormone content and root weight、sugar content,and to verify the results by exogenous hormone. The main results are as follows:1、Beet root formation and expansion is closely related to the content of endogenous hormone.In sugar beet seedling and root growth,the hormone content in root is higher than other two period,Four kinds of endogenous hormones involved in the formation and enlargemenof root. In root growth, root fresh weight correlated with ABA and IPA was significantly. In sugar accumulation period, ABA is significant correlation with sugar content and dry matter. The IAA content of two varieties at the seedling stage was highest. IPA and ABA content in the leaves from the cluster period began to gradually reduce. Regulated Cluster of dry matter accumulation in the root.2、IAA and ABA in the root distribution difference,In root growth, root at the top and inside of ABA content was higher than other parts,high yield varieties of root IAA content was the highest in the middle.In sugar accumulation period, two varieties IAA content in the middle of root were significantly higher than the top and tail,The content of ABA in the tail is lower.In the mid and late growth,regulation of root growth and sugar accumulation is mainly controlled by IAA and ABA.3、Exogenous hormone treatment can significantly change the agronomic traits and quality of sugar beet.2-4D can promote the growth of plant height and leaf area,ABA restrain the growth of plant height and leaf area expansion. In root growth spraying four kinds of exogenous hormones could increase root fresh weight,the difference was significant. In sugar accumulation period, spraying four kinds of exogenous hormones had no effect root weight per plant. spraying2-4D reduce the sugar content of high yield varieties, spraying ABA increased the sugar content of high sugar content varieties.Through three times exogenous hormone treatment, iPA、 ABA and GA3raised two varieties of tuber weight;2-4D reduced the sugar content of two varieties.Verified by exogenous hormone treatment, four kinds of hormone is closely related to the beet root enlargement, ABA regulation of sugar accumulation.
