Myzus persicae is an important agricultural pest,with strong fecundity and easy to produce resistance to chemical agents.Enzyme and wood vinegar are two environmentally friendly biofertilizers in modern agricultural production.The effect of the 1:1 mixture on Myzus persicae and its host plant(Brassica chinensis)was comprehensively determined.This experiment through the observation on the development of Myzus persicae artificial population,determination of Myzus persicae in four kinds of detoxifying enzyme activity,the determination of host plant physiological indicators of Brassica chinensis,alone raise Myzus persicae to observe the growth and development process,the results showed that:(1)Fermented bio-extract can directly affect the growth of plants,can increase the total plant biomass,root system accounted for,namely “biological fertilizer effect” is obvious;It can indirectly alleviate the effect of wood vinegar on reducing chlorophyll content.Wood vinegar decreased chlorophyll content and increased the number of leaves.The number of leaves decreased,leaf area increased,and the plant dwarfing.(2)Fermented bio-extract had no significant effect on aphid population,and both wood vinegar and mixed liquid treatments significantly reduced the number of all stages of aphid.The inhibition rate of winged aphid was the highest,followed by nymph aphid,and the inhibition rate of adult aphid was the least(wood vinegar inhibition rate ratio was 38%,30%,12%;The inhibition ratio of mixed liquid was 82%,33%,17%.It can also be seen that the inhibition rate of the mixed solution on all insect states is higher than that of wood vinegar alone.(3)Both fermented bio-extract and wood vinegar significantly reduced the aphid reproduction(28%,24%),while the mixture decreased the most(56%),and the propagation duration of aphids did not change significantly.The enzyme reduced the life surface parameters of Myzus persicae,while the wood vinegar liquid reduced the life surface parameters more significantly,and the mixture most significantly reduced the life surface parameters of Myzus persicae.(4)Both fermented bio-extract and wood vinegar could decrease the activities of some kinds of anti-stress enzymes in Myzus persicae and increase the sensitivity of Myzus persicae to pesticides.To sum up: Both fermented bio-extract and wood vinegar as well as their mixtures can act as biological fertilizers on plants;when the mixture is applied,it has a better inhibitory effect on the various states of the Myzus persicae,and can inhibit the growth of the Myzus persicae in the early stage and the winged growth of the Myzus persicae.Aphid differentiation played an obvious inhibitory role;fermented bio-extract and wood vinegar reduced the resistance of green peach aphid to chemical agents.The study provided new ideas for the treatment of Myzus persicae resistance.
