| The cinnabar spider mite(Tetranychus cinnabarinus Boisduval)is an important agricultural harmful arthropod.Chemical control can easily lead to resistance development and environmental pollution. To explore the comprehensive effects of fermented bio-extracts and wood vinegar on the development of mites will help an excellent biological preparation that integrates fertilizers and pesticide has been developed. The experiment carried out research on the comprehensive effects of fermented bio-extracts,wood vinegar and their mixtures on soybean development and the dynamics of the spider mites population. The plant height, leaf growth index, plant biomass, water content and chlorophyll content of soybean plants were also measured. The activity levels of anti-stress enzymes in soybean(Car E and SOD)and spider mites(GST and CAT)were also detected. The results are as follows:(1)On the isolated soybean leaves, wood vinegar can promote the spawning of spider mites, while the mixed solution has a certain inhibitory effect on the egg-laying of spider mites;the mixed solution delays the hatching of spider mites eggs;intrinsic growth rate, wood vinegar solution(0.177)> fermented bio-extracts(0.171)> mixed solution(0.170)> control(0.168),but no statistically significant difference was reached, that is,the direct effects of the three solutions did not affect the spider mite population comprehensive parameter performance.(2)The "in situ" soybean leaf spider mites test showed that the application of fermented bio-extracts had almost no effect on the physiological growth indicators of soybean, but only reduced the SOD enzyme activity level of soybean leaves;we detected anti-stress enzymes on the spider mites on soybean plants. It was found that the GST enzyme activity level of spider mites in the fermented bio-extracts and mixed solution treatment groups was significantly increased;the fermented bio-extracts spraying would reduce the plant anti-stress enzyme SOD activity level.Experiments showed that the three liquid solution had no obvious direct effect on spider mites;when both direct and indirect pathways existed, fermented bio-extracts treatment would improve the "quality" of crop products(reduce the activity level of anti-stress enzymes)and inhibit spider mite populations(increase the anti-reverse enzyme activity level of the worm),and the growth indicators of soybean will not have significant differences. The research results provide a new experimental basis for the development of green "fertilizer-pesticide-integrated" biological preparations against the harm of spider mites, and have certain theoretical and practical value. |
