A Retrospective Study On The Clinical Use Of Aidi Injection Based On Data Mining

Objective:Through to retrospective statistical analysis the use of eddy injection of in-patients' medical records and clinical application information,and to evaluate eddy injection use category,clinical suitability and clinical combination,for clinical rational use of and provides some references for the further prospective studies.Methods:Be extracted of hospitalized patients with personal information and clinical drug information by adopting the method of retrospective study;and then the information standardization processing;finally application of Excel,SPSS andClementinel 2.0software to the standardized data for statistical analysis.Results:Finally,altogether collected 1409 cases,including 3 cases of invalid.Then,we Merged the medical records of the same patient's ID number into one patient's information and got 1216 cases of patient information.1.Patient information statisticsFor 1216 patients information statistics,Patients with minimum age is 20,maximum age is 84,the average age is 58 years old;this part is the 61.6%of the whole what mainly concentrated in between the ages of 45 to 65;788 Male cases(64.8%);428 female cases(35.2%);Patients admitted to hospital commonly diagnosed with lung cancer,liver cancer,colorectal cancer and stomach cancer,combined accounted for 90.3%of all patients.The cumulative frequency is 85%.There is a record history of drug allergy patients in 143 cases(11.8%);There is a record of 13 patients with food allergy accounted for 1.1%;Have a family history of record(immediate family or collateral relatives within three generations and husband and wife),338 cases(27.8%).2.Aidi injection clinical medication information statisticsStatistical analysis of 1406 cases of independent medical records and the following results are obtained.Aidi injection clinical use once a day,ivgtt.The often dosage of Aidi injection is 100 ml which accounted for 87.4%and the daily maximum usage of 300 ml,the minimum dosage is 50 ml.The most common treatment period is 5 to 8 days and the average period of treatment was 5.8 days.Clinic often choose 5%glucose injection,sodium chloride injection USP 0.9%,invert sugar injection and fructose injection as solvent that the cumulative percentage accounted for 93.4%of overall.Commonly used dose is 500 ml,250 ml,100 ml,400 ml,the cumulative percentage accounted for 98.9%of medicine.Conclutions:1.Evaluation of clinic Suitability Based on Aidi InjectionAidi injection clinical usage,dosage,applicable user and indications in accordance with instructions.But in the choice of solvent type,dosage and the use of the eddy injection treatment has some differences.Difference is mainly manifested in the Short course of treatment,Aidi dose and solvent type expanded.We still need further study to shed light on the causes of the differences.2.The occurrence of adverse reactionsIn the clinical research of ADR,learn about the clinical ADR mainly for gastrointestinal reaction and tired.Incidence of men than women.Patients with liver cancer incidence of ADR than other cancer types of high.The factors such as tumor stage,tumor type,treatment solvent type affect the incidence of ADR.And there are interaction between the factors.But this study is a retrospective study,the lack of information will appear in the process of collection information and the adverse reaction more occurs in the digestive system.Therefore,through the collected information cannot found these adverse reactions and Aidi injection has a direct relationship.Finally,the occurrence of adverse events in this study only can provide some reference.3.The drug combination of clinic researchStatistics the overall situation of combination and found that clinical mainly use can protect the liver,anti-emetics,immune regulation and analgesic drugs,which is more reasonable in clinical cancer treatment.Study on the drug combination of lung cancer patients,according to the results of surgical treatment of patients with lung cancer often choose pain relievers,immune modulators and the Chinese medicine what can smooth wheezing expectorant drugs for lung cancer treatment to share.Line chemotherapy regimens for treatment of patients with lung cancer,main choice anti-nausea,protecting liver and anti-allergic effects of drug use.These drugs which be used in the course of chemotherapy have the prevention function and may be reduced the adverse effects of digestive system after using chemotherapy.The above shows that clinical use is reasonable.
