ObjectiveBy investigating the incidence of minimal hepatic encephalopathy(MHE)and syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis at the time of compensation, the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes in patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis during the compensatory period were explored. At the same time,it provides an objective basis for the distribution characteristics of MHE syndrome in hepatitis B cirrhosis.MethodsBased on the "Study on Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Hepatitis B Cirrhosis with Mild Hepatic Encephalopathy" of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,651 healthy people were established as a normal reference range, and 114 patients with hepatitis B were screened after receiving the standard. In patients with liver cirrhosis at the compensatory stage, statistics on relevant information on the four Chinese medical examinations were performed.Factor analysis was used to investigate the distribution of MHE TCM syndrome types and the characteristics of syndromes during the compensatory stage of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis.Results(1)The study included 680 patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis during the compensated period.114 patients with MHE were detected by NCT-A and DST.The prevalence rate was 16.67%.Patients with Child-pugh A were included in the liver function classification. The maj ority, followed by Child-pugh B,did not have Child-pugh C patients.According to statistics, the number of male patients with MHE in HBV liver cirrhosis was significantly higher than that of females(2.26:1),and the age of onset was mainly between 40-70 years old,and the number of years of education concentrated on 6-9 years. The occupational analysis focuses on physical labor rather than mental labor.According to the history of the disease, the patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis during the compensatory stage of MHE mainly have non-mother-to-infant transmission. At the same time, the patients with MHE who have hepatitis B liver cirrhosis and compensatory stage have a longer course of chronic hepatitis B,with an average of 14 years. The average duration of diagnosis of cirrhosis was 4.5 years.(2)The most common TCM symptoms in patients with MHE were:Shenpi fatigue(75.44%),dull complexion(62.28%),liver palm(42.11%),urine yellow(41.23%),and poor appetite(40.35%),bitterness(40.35%).The most common tongues are teeth with teeth(33.33%),thin tongue(27.19%),and large tongue(24.56%).The tongue color is mainly red tongue(33.33%),pale tongue(33.33%),tongue Dark(25.44%)is the dominant species, while the common tongue moss color is mainly composed of moss white(64.04%)and moss yellow(32.46%).Moss was mainly thin(50.00%)and greasy(30.70%).Hepatitis B cirrhosis in the compensatory stage of MHE patients can also see varying degrees of sublingual vein distortion, pulse and pulse string(80.70%),pulse thin(34.21%)as common pulse(3)Through factor analysis, extraction of 12 common factors Combined into 9 main factors,it was found that the MHE syndrome types of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis during the compensatory stage were mainly qi deficiency and blood stasis(17.54%),damp heat accumulation(15.79%),spleen dampness and heat, blood stasis blocking(14.04%),Blood stasis(10.53%),Qi and Yin deficiency(9.65%).(4)In the compensatory stage of hepatitis B cirrhosis,MHE TCM syndromes were extracted and found that the disease location was mainly spleen(69.35%),liver(30.65%),and the disease was Qi deficiency(64.91%),yuxue(42.11%),heat(fire)(38.60%),wetness(37.72%),qi stagnation(16.67%),and yin deficiency(9.65%)dominate.Conclusion(1)The incidence of MHE in the compensated patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis is high, and it is related to the age, occupation type and education level of the patients.(2)Hepatitis B cirrhosis compensatory stage of TCM syndromes mainly Qi Deficiency Blood Stasis, hot and humid Accumulation,Spleen damp heat and blood stasis, blood stasis,Qi and Yin Deficiency mainly.(3)Hepatitis B cirrhosis during the compensatory period of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, suggesting that the disease is mainly in the spleen, liver, the syndrome is qi deficiency, blood stasis, wet, heat(fire),qi stagnation based.(4)According to the distribution of MHE syndromes and syndromes,it was found that the MHE of hepatitis B cirrhosis during the compensatory period was mainly based on positive and false evils, while spleen deficiency persisted throughout the period.
