The medical cause is one of the core contents of the current national development.How to realize the digitization of medical information is the current focus,and the rapid development of Internet technology has just brought new opportunities to modern medicine.With the help of a knowledge management platform,integrate various types of information resources in the medical field,strengthen the exchange and sharing of medical knowledge,optimize the structure of medical knowledge,digitize medical information,and provide a wider space for the development of medical research,and at the same time be better serve smart healthcare and make medical services truly intelligent.Secondly,because medical knowledge has great commercial value and research value,how to ensure the integrity of cloud medical knowledge data is also very important,so in order to solve this problem,a data integrity verification mechanism is introduced.The work of this paper can be summarized into the following three aspects:(1)In view of the few existing medical knowledge base systems,which cannot accurately classify medical knowledge,and lack of knowledge integrity verification stored in the cloud,and so on,a detailed analysis of the system requirements is conducted,the overall architecture of the knowledge base system is designed.The functional modules of the system are constructed and explained in detail.Finally,in view of the hidden security risks of cloud knowledge,a medical knowledge base system supporting the PDP protocol is designed to ensure the integrity of knowledge data.(2)In order to improve the security of knowledge data,a data integrity verification algorithm based on user identity and ring signature and supporting dynamic updates is designed and implemented,and a third-party audit server is introduced.The signature scheme of the traditional data integrity verification algorithm is improved,and the ring signature is introduced to improve the security of the algorithm.The existing Merkel hash tree is improved.By saving the position information of each leaf node in the parent node,the dynamic update of the data is achieved while reducing the computational overhead.(3)To realize the development of each functional module of the medical knowledge base system,and realize its functions from the perspective of ordinary users and administrator users.Ordinary users can upload and download knowledge,share knowledge,and associate knowledge.They can also collect interesting knowledge,recommend knowledge for different users on the homepage,and then use the online editing function to record the experience of the day.Knowledge verification function is introduced.Administrators can maintain real-time monitoring,audit knowledge and daily maintenance of system servers for all users in the system.Finally,the user interface of the system is also designed in detail to improve user satisfaction.
