Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Doctor-patient Cognition Under The Medical Alliance Hierarchical Diagnosis And Treatment Model

With the continuous development of China’s medical and health system reform,China’s medical service system has been continuously improved,and medical service capabilities have been continuously improved.However,the problem of supply and demand in the field of medical services is very prominent.The institutional system and service capabilities of medical institutions can no longer meet the people’s demand for medical services.Medical staff and patients are the direct beneficiaries of the grading diagnosis and treatment mode.The cognition of the grading diagnosis and treatment mode by the medical staff and patients largely determines the construction of the medical alliance and the construction of grading diagnosis and treatment.Research subject.This article takes the KH medical alliance as an example to obtain more practical and reliable data.In the medical institutions that have joined the KH medical alliance,the Internet and other forms are used to conduct surveys on electronic questionnaires issued by medical staff.At the same time,the KH medical alliance leads the unit KH hospital randomly distributed 150 questionnaires to patients,and effectively recovered 138.After sorting,the software SPSS 22.0 was used to process the data obtained from the analysis.The questionnaire mainly includes the investigation of the basic information of the research subject and other influencing factors,proposes research hypotheses and verifies the hypotheses based on the results of statistical analysis of the data.Respectively from the six aspects of the patient’s age,occupation,location,education level,monthly average income and community publicity,as well as the age,education,working experience,work organization,job position,job title,medical service staff’s graded diagnosis and treatment policy perfection and classification Eight aspects of the operation of the diagnosis and treatment model are used to make assumptions.The obtained data was used to analyze the relationship between doctors and patients’ cognition and influencing factors in the graded diagnosis and treatment mode through correlation and binary logistic regression,and finally the research results were obtained and the proposed hypothesis was verified.The study found that under the graded diagnosis and treatment model,patients’ awareness of graded diagnosis and treatment policies is very low,and the awareness of medical staff is high.Finally,based on the results of the empirical analysis,the problems existing in the implementation of the KH medical alliance’s internal grading diagnosis and treatment model,as well as the summary of the current status of doctors and patients’ cognition and the reasons for affecting the cognition,in order to improve the current status of doctors and patients under the classification diagnosis and treatment,And raise the society’s awareness of the graded diagnosis and treatment model and put forward corresponding policy recommendations.
