With the deepening of the reform of the medical and health system,grass-roots medical and health institutions have an irreplaceable role in providing safe,convenient,high-quality and low-cost basic medical services and public health services for urban and rural residents.Primary-level medical personnel as service providers,It also increasingly reflects its importance. However, some studies have shown that medical personnel have become a high-risk group of occupational burnout, which not only adversely affects the mental health of medical personnel, but also negatively affects the quality of their services. If the job burnout of primary-level medical staff is not effectively relieved for a long time,it will inevitably affect the development and implementation of the reform of the medical and health system. Therefore,it is very necessary to study the current status of occupational burnout and its influencing factors of primary-level medical staff, and to provide targeted countermeasures and suggestions to reduce occupational burnout. This research investigates the current mechanism of job burnout among grass-roots medical staff in Kunming, discusses the mechanism of grassroots staff's job burnout, and proposes countermeasures to reduce grassroots medical staff's job burnout.According to the method of stratified random sampling, this study investigated 682 grassroots medical staff in Kunming.Using a self-made questionnaire on job burnout, starting from the three aspects of personal factors, organizational factors and social factors, the sociodemographic characteristics of the respondents, institutional cultural atmosphere, work performance management, medical operation management, work attitude and Investigate the situation of self-cognition and the relationship between doctors and patients, analyze the status quo and influencing factors of job burnout of primary care staff, and then put forward countermeasures and suggestions. In this study,SPSS 20.0 was used to analyze and process the data. The results showed that the proportion of primary health care workers who had a serious sense of burnout exceeded half of the total staff(50.6%),they had a longer working period, were not satisfied with the reward and punishment system and post compensation, and medical manpower.Insufficient resources, heavy workload, improper operation of medical equipment, lack of error management systems and measures, and patients' inability to obtain examination results on schedule are significant influencing factors for the primary medical staff's sense of job burnout. The results of this study indicate that structural factors are the main problem among the factors that affect the burnout of grass-roots medical staff, which prompts the managers of grass-roots medical institutions to think about the solution of job burnout from a systematic level; To improve the adaptability at the individual level of primary health care, more importantly,it should also include the management level of medical and health institutions,as well as the changes of policy makers and the macro environment, such as focusing on primary health care personnel with long working years, establishing scientific and reasonable Service quality reward and punishment system, improve the construction of grass-roots medical equipment, and actively establish error management systems and measures.
