In recent years,the medical corruption corruption has become in the field of "disaster zone",in 2009 with a new round of reform gradually,the government began to solve the masses "difficulty and high cost of the doctor" problem,which makes public hospitals at the grass-roots level obtained rapid development opportunities,but at the same time,also let the temptation of grassroots public hospital is facing more and more,into a number of pharmaceutical sales companies "hunting" object,in this case,at the grassroots public hospital internal corruption prevention and control work,become very necessary and significant.This paper carefully analyzed the corruption risk,risk prevention and control of corruption,corruption risk prevention and control system,such as concept,study the medical industry,corruption at home and abroad with the Q city public hospital as the research object,through the analysis of the status quo of Q city public hospital corruption prevention and control,found that the existence of the risk prevention and control of corruption system lack,weak internal management system and business process design is not reasonable,and has carried on the reason analysis,combining the theory of risk management and total quality management in public management related theory,puts forward the establishing and perfecting internal management system,improve and optimize business processes,such as establishing supervision and examination evaluation system solutions,This paper tries to solve the deficiencies and problems in the prevention and control of corruption in grassroots public hospitals from the practical level.In order to ensure the efficient and orderly progress of the prevention and control of corruption,the paper also puts forward Suggestions on the implementation of prevention and control measures,suggesting that the hospital should pay more attention to the leadership,mobilize all staff to participate,and improve the standardization of system construction.This paper argues that the corruption prevention and control countermeasures research,is advantageous to the grassroots of the work style of the public hospital to build a clean government and anti-corruption work,also is advantageous to the construction of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,selection of Q,public hospitals,has certain representativeness,to a certain extent,can represent many grassroots public hospital corruption prevention and control of the situation,countermeasures put forward as the research object,has practicability and reference value.
