Observation Of Clinical Curative Effect Of Acupuncture Through Tendons In Treating Visual Fatigue Of Video Terminal

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Acupunctual Therapy of Jingjin with Esculin and Digitalisglycosides Eye Drops on visual fatigue of video terminal.Methods: 40 patients with visual fatigue of video terminal were randomly divided into groups A and B according to the random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.Group A received Acupunctual Therapy of Jingjin once every other day,a total of 10 treatments were performed.Group B received Esculin and Digitalisglycosides Eye Drops one drop each time,three times a day,use 20 days continuously.Patients in the two groups were evaluated by the TCM syndrome score,tear break-up time,Eye hemodynamic examination.Results: 1.TCM syndrome score:the total score of visual fatigue of video terminal evaluation scale decrea sed after treatment compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There were statistically significant differences between 2 grou ps,in which group A were superior to group B(P<0.05).2.Tear break-up time(TBUT):The TBUT after treatment is longer than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There were statistically sig nificant differences between 2 grou ps,in which group A were superior to group B(P<0.05).3.Ocular hemodynamics examination:Both peak systolic blood flow of ophthalmic artery(PSV)and peak end diastolic blood flow(EDV)were higher than before treatment.The resistance index(RI)after treatment is longer than that before treatment.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).There were statistically sig nificant differences between 2 grou ps,in which group A were superior to group B(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Acupunctual Therapy of Jingjin and Esculin and Digitalisglycosides Eye Drops can both improve the situation of patients with visual fatigue of video terminal,but Acupunctual Therapy of Jingjin is more effective than Esculin and Digitalisglycosides Eye Drops.2.Acupunctual Therapy of Jingjin is more advantageous to improve symptoms of visual fatigue、ocular hemodynamics and maintain tear film stability than Esculin and Digitalisglycosides Eye Drops.
