Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with western medicine in treating optic fatigue with deficiency of qi and blood.Material and method:The patients with dry eye visual fatigue who met the criteria of the subject group were randomly divided into control group,treatment group and comprehensive group.The control group was treated with esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops three times a day for one drop.Treatment group to press acupuncture to save bamboo,sun,four white,yang white,Gan Shu,Zusanli.Each time stay needle 1 day,interval 1 day,stay needle day in the morning and evening press three times.Comprehensive group: Artificial tears and press acupuncture treatment,each treatment for 14 days.After a course of treatment,the patients scored points,gathered near point experiment,tear film rupture time,tear secretion experiment score,to evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment of asthenopia of deficiency of Qi and blood by pressing needle and esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops..Results:1.There was no statistical difference in the pooled near point experiments between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05),the control group was 9.22± 2.38,the treatment group was 9.83±2.88,and the comprehensive group was 9.35±3.22.the pooled near point experiments of the three groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).the control group was 8.23±2.01,the treatment group was 5.64± 3.04,and the comprehensive group was 5.53 ± 2.35.The control group,the treatment group and the comprehensive group were compared with each other in the group of three groups significant difference between the control group and the treatment group and the comprehensive group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the comprehensive group(P>0.05).2.There was no statistical difference in tear secretion experiment before treatment in three groups(P>0.05),7.10±1.28 in the control group,8.07±1.55 in the treatmentgroup,and 8.05±1.72 in the comprehensive group.The tear secretion of the three groups was significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05),the control group was8.37±1.40,the treatment group was 10.27±1.46,and the comprehensive group was11.90±1.68.Control group,treatment group,comprehensive group three groups of patients with tear secretion test between the two groups were statistically different(P<0.05).3.There was no statistical difference in the time of tear film rupture before treatment in three groups(P>0.05),7.83±1.69 in the control group,8.21±1.11 in the treatment group and 8.74± 1.37 in the comprehensive group.the tear film rupture time was significantly prolonged in all three groups after treatment(P<0.05),11.67±1.86 in the control group,12.03 ± 2.41 in the treatment group and 14.20 ± 3.20 in the comprehensive group.Control group,treatment group,comprehensive group of three groups of patients with tear film rupture time between the two groups,both had statistical difference(P<0.05).4.Comparison of ocular and systemic scores before and after treatment in three groups,no pre-treatment symptom score in three groups(P>0.05),12.95±3.38 in the control group,12.39 ± 2.88 in the treatment group and 11.33 ± 3.22 in the comprehensive group.the total scores of ocular and systemic symptoms were significantly decreased in the three groups after treatment(P<0.05),8.23±2.56 in the control group,5.38 ± 3.04 in the treatment group,and 2.56 ± 2.35 in the comprehensive group.the total scores of the three groups were with each other,with statistical differences(P<0.05).5.The effective rate of symptom improvement in three groups was50.0%,73.3%,93.3%,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.In the near point experiment,the therapeutic effect of the combination of pressing needle and digitalisglycosides eye dropsis was better than that of the application of digitalisglycosides eye dropsis,but compare with press needle the difference was not significant.The treatment of pressing needle alone is better than that ofdigitalisglycosides eye dropsis.2.In promoting tear secretion,press needle combined with esculin and digitalisglycosides eye dropsis better than simple application of press needle treatment and simple use of sodium hyaluronate eye drops.The simple application of press needle is better than the simple application of esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops.3.In delaying tear rupture time,press needle combined with esculin and digitalisglycosides eye dropsis better than simple application of press needle treatment and simple application of esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops.The simple application of press needle is better than the simple application of esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops.4.In the score of dry eye visual fatigue symptoms,press needle combined with esculin and digitalisglycosides eye dropsis better than simple application of press needle treatment and simple use of esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops.The simple application of press needle is better than the simple application of esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops.
