Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of acupunc ture combined with ginger moxibustion in the treatment of prim ary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type, and to provide a new idea and method for clinical treatment of pri mary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,Methods:A total of 108 female patients who met the requiremen ts in the acupuncture and moxibustion department, gynecology ou tpatient department and inpatient department of Hunan Provincia l Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to F ebruary 2021 were included in this study. They were divided into treatment group, control groupl and control group2 by blind bo x method, with 36 patients in each group. The treatment group wa s treated with acupuncture combined with ginger moxibustion, the control groupl was treated with acupuncture, and the control gr oup2 was treated with ginger moxibustion. The changes of VAS s cores,TCM syndrome scores and CMSS scores in the three group s before and after three menstrual cycles of treatment were obs erved, compared and analyzed and statistically processed.Results:1.There were no statistically significant differences in marital st atus, age, medical history and course of disease among the three groups, which were comparable(P>0.05).2.There were no statistically significant differences in VAS scor e,TCM syndrome score and CMSS score among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05),was com parable. After treatment, there were statistically significant differences in VAS score,TCM synd rome score and CMSS score between the three groups and those before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both the experimental group and the two groups of control group could effectively red uce the relevant scores of patients.3.After treatment, the evaluation of TCM syndromes in the three groups was not exactly the same, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Further pairwise comparison showed that the therapeutic e ffect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, suggesting that acupuncture combined with ginger moxibu stion had significant effect on improving the syndrome of prima ry dysmenorrhea, cold, coagulating and blood stasis. Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with ginger moxibustion can better improve the pain and accompanying symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea patients with cold, coagulation and blood stasis th an acupuncture or ginger moxibustion alone, with good safety an d no obvious adverse reactions. |
