Clinical Observation Of Xiaoyang Decoction Combined With Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets In The Treatment Of Peptic Ulcer With Spleen-stomach Damp-heat Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaoyang Decoction in the treatment of peptic ulcer with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome,and to provide a new effective prescription for the clinical treatment of peptic ulcer with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome.Methods:Selecting 52 patients with liver stomach disharmony syndrome of peptic ulcer were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 26 cases in each group.In the process of research,because the relevant patients did not take drugs according to the regulations,1 case in the treatment group was eliminated,1 case in the control group was eliminated,and finally 50 cases were obtained;25 cases in the experimental group and 25 cases in the control group;the control group was given symptomatic support of Western medicine The experimental group was treated with Xiaoyang Decoction on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the changes of TCM syndromes and electronic gastroscope were observed in the two groups,and the safety during the treatment was evaluated.Results:(1)Comparison of TCM syndromes: after treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment,indicating that both groups can improve abdominal fullness or pain,dry mouth or bitter mouth,and the effect of the experimental group in improving abdominal fullness or pain,dry mouth or bitter mouth is better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of dry mouth,no appetite,nausea or vomiting,short yellow urine and other secondary diseases(P > 0.05).(2)Comparison of gastroscopy results: the total effective rate of the experimental group was 92%,and that of the control group was 84%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05);(3)safety: there were no abnormal changes in blood routine,liver and kidney function,ECG and other safety tests before and after treatment in the two groups,no allergic reactions,and no adverse reactions related to traditional Chinese medicine,indicating the safety of this clinical treatment,which is convenient for clinical promotion.Conclusion:Xiaoyang decoction combined with esomeprazole symptomatic support treatment of peptic ulcer A1,A2 spleen and stomach damp heat syndrome patients,for the improvement of epigastric fullness or pain,dry or bitter mouth obvious curative effect,can improve the subjective feelings of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and traditional Chinese medicine has less adverse reactions,safe and effective advantages that western medicine does not have.It has broad application background.The results showed that Xiaoyang decoction was safe and effective in the treatment of A1 and A2 stage peptic ulcer with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome.
