Effect Of Wandai Decoction On Curative Effect And Immune Factors Of Spleen-deficiency Syndrome High-risk HPV-infected Patients

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Wandaitang and human recombinant interferon ?-2b gel in the treatment of patients with persistent high-risk HPV infection(spleen deficiency syndrome),and provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of HPV infection and the prevention of HPV from developing into CIN and cervical cancer.Methods and new ideas,hoping to provide Chinese women with more reasonable treatment methods through this research.Methods: Sixty patients with persistent high-risk cervical HPV infection(spleen deficiency syndrome)were selected from the gynecological clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine(First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese Medicine).30 cases in the treatment group were given interferon(riamei,Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Bioengineering Co.,Ltd.)and Wandai Decoction(ingredients: yam 30 g,dangshen 15 g,Baizhu 15 g,Baishao 10 g,Cangzhu 10 g,plantain 10 g,black mustard 5g,tangerine peel5 g,Chaihu 10 g,Gancao 6g)orally after menstruation for 3 days.They were taken for 14 days,once a day,once in the morning and once in the evening,dry After 3 days of menstrual cleansing,the interfering agent began to take the medicine on the vagina,then clean the vulva before going to bed at night,then use this medicine,1 times a day,14 days for 1 courses,continuous treatment for 3 courses(1 menstrual cycles for 1 courses),prohibition of sexual life in the course of drug use,and spouses do not cooperate with the medication;the control group only uses interferon alpha-2b gel for vaginal treatment,and the treatment group is the same as the treatment group..HPV reexamination and cervical local IL-2,IL-4 concentration detection were performed within 3-7 days after menstruation in the fourth cycle.The changes of clinical symptoms,HPV negative rate and cervical local IL-2,IL-4 concentration before and after treatment were observed.Results: The two groups were statistically comparable in age(P BBB 00.05).After the completion of the total course of treatment,the negative conversion rate of the treatment group was 62.07%,and that of the control group was 53.57%,P<0.05,indicating that there was a difference between the two groups,indicating that the negative conversion rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.After the completion of the total course of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was86.21%,which was higher than that of the control group(67.86%),P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group had better clinical efficacy of TCM.The self-control P < 0.01 before and after the completion of the total course of treatment in the two groups indicated that both groups were effective in improving the TCM clinical syndrome scores of cervical HPV high-risk infection(spleen deficiency syndrome).The difference between the two groups was P<0.05,indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.The comparison of IL-2 concentration between the two groups before treatment was P>0.05,indicating that the two groups were homogeneous and comparable.The comparison of IL-4 concentration between the two groups before treatment was P>0.05,indicating that the concentration distribution of the two groups was identical and comparable in terms of group category.After the completion of the total course of treatment,the comparison of IL-2 and IL-4concentrations between the two groups was P<0.01,indicating that the result of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Finish by observation,this research take soup in turn increase rate,improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the TCM syndrome integral,safety aspects effect is remarkable,compared before and after treatment concentration of IL-2,IL-4 shows that the belt soup combined interferon alpha 2 b gel can effectively improve the survival of local immune environment,for the vast number of patients to provide more reasonable and safer treatment,can make patients in drug treatment on a new choice.
