ObjectiveThe efficacy and safety of different doses of recombinant human interferon ?2b and Nocardia rubra Cell Wall Skeleton for External Use were compared by analyzing the efficacy of different drug treatments in patients with high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)infection.MethodsDuring the period from August 2016 to December 2018,high-risk HPV typing(16,18,31,33,35,39,45,51,52,53,56,58,59,66,68,73,82)was detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR-reverse dot blot hybridization)in the gynaecological clinic of our hospital according to the three-step diagnosis and treatment process of cervical cancer combined with cervical cytology for cervical cancer screening, cytological abnormalities for further vaginal Microscopic examination, histopathological analysis, surgical treatment of cervical high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL)or cervical cancer.Among them, there was no indication for high-risk HPV infection, and those who were positive for HPV for more than 1 year were persistently infected with high-risk HPV of the cervix.A total of 410 patients with persistent HPV infection were enrolled in the study,of which 271 were single infection,139 were infected with multiple infections(two or more types of HR-HPV),and 36 of them were confirmed by colposcopy biopsy.Grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(LSIL).According to the patient's treatment and willingness to use, they were divided into three groups:145 patients without drug group(control group),173 patients with recombinant human interferon a2b group, and 92 patients with Nocardia rubra Cell Wall Skeleton for External Use group. After treatment, three groups of patients were compared.HPV negative rate(single or multiple repeated detection of HPVDNA negative for negative),improvement rate(multiple infection partial type negative conversion is effective)and total effective rate(negative rate+improvement rate),and different drug treatment for LSIL reversal The effect of the rate, and compared the difference between the treatment of negative conversion rate and total effective rate in different age groups, and the difference in treatment rate of different HR-HPV infection modes.Measurement data were expressed as "x±s".Variance analysis was used for comparison between groups. The count data was expressed as rate(%),using ?2 test;P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results1.Results of negative conversion rate of HR-HPV:The negative conversion rate was 33.8%(49/145)in the control group,43.9%(76/173)in the human interferon alpha 2b group, and 68.5%(63/92)in the Nocardia rubra Cell Wall Skeleton for External Use group. There was no significant difference in negative conversion rate between the recombinant human interferon alpha 2b group and the control group(P>0.05).The difference of negative conversion rate between the Nocardia rubra Cell Wall Skeleton for External Use group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in negative conversion rate between the Nocardia rubra Cell Wall Skeleton for External Use group and the recombinant human interferon alpha 2b group(P<0.05).2.Total effective rate of HR-HPV:the total effective rate of the control group was 40.7%(59/145),the total effective rate of the recombinant human interferon alpha 2b group was 57.2%(99/173),and the total effective rate of the Nocardia rubra Cell Wall Skeleton for External Use group was 77.2%(71/92).Compared with the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Curative effect of low grade cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion:The comparative reversal rate was 15.4%(2/13)in the control group,25%(2/8)in the recombinant human interferon ?2b group, and 80%(12/15)in the Nocardia rubra Cell Wall Skeleton for External Use group.4.Comparison of negative conversion rates of different HR-HPV infection modes:in the three groups of cases, the rate of negative conversion of HR-HPV single infection was higher than that of multiple infection.5.Comparison of conversion rate and effective rate of HR-HPV infection in different age groups:there was no statistically significant difference between the three groups in age, conversion rate and total effective rate.6.Adverse reactions:the number of adverse reactions is small, which can be relieved by itself in the later stage without major adverse reactions.ConclusionsThe results of this study showed that the negative conversion rate of HR-HPV infection was higher than that of the recombinant human interferon alpha 2b group and the control group, and the effect of Nocardia rubra Cell Wall Skeleton for External Use on the treatment of low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions was certain. It is recommended that patients with persistent infection of HR-HPV can be treated with Nocardia rubra Cell Wall Skeleton for External Use as a preferential treatment if economic conditions permit.
