Objective: Based on the meridian theory, electroacupuncture analgesia treatment at specific acupoints was performed to observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture analgesia treatment on patients with postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids, and to compare the analgesic effect with that of diclofenac sodium suppository commonly used in anorectal department,so as to find a safe, reliable and effective analgesic method for patients with postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods:Will be included in the standard table by randomized 70 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group of 35 people, line 6 h after start the pain treatment,on the basis of conventional rehydration, antiinfection, control group patients postoperative 6 h,respectively,on the first postoperative day 9,9 PM the next day after in the anal into 1 grain of diclofenac sodium suppository, the treatment group patients in postoperative 6 h respectively,on the first postoperative day 9,the second day after 9: cupping therapy, within the bl 57,two white, close, best can,st 36,Liang Qiu meridians to acupuncture needle into qi,connection electric acupuncture apparatus, take the density wave(frequency of 2 hz /100 hz),The intensity should be slight pulsation of local muscles, which can be tolerated by the patient, and the treatment time should be 30 min.Two groups of postoperative 6h respectively before and after 6 h after treatment 1 h,3 h,after the first day and the next day before and after treatment 1 h,3 h,6 h pain of patients,by the method of visual analogue scale(VAS)to assess pain, and record for the first time the two groups of patients with urinary retention, efficient, defecation and analgesia related data analysis SPSS26.0.Results: 1.There was no significant difference in the basic condition between the two groups(P>0.05).2.There was no significant difference in preoperative pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05),three days after treatment, there was significant difference in pain scores between the two groups(P&L;0.05).3.There was no significant difference in urinary retention between the two groups(P>0.05).4.There were significant differences in various indicators between the two groups during the first defecation(P<0.05),and the overall situation was significantly different(P&L;0.05).5.The analgesic efficacy of the control group was 69.7%,and that of the treatment group was 85.3%,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).6.Two patients in the control group chose pethidine hydrochloride injection for pain relief because of intolerable pain, and one patient in the treatment group stopped the experiment because of early discharge from hospital,so they were all excluded. Conclusion: Electrotherapy has a significant effect on postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids, which is better than diclofenac sodium suppository, and has a certain improvement effect on postoperative defecation. It is safe and has no side effects, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
