Zhang Jingyue's Research On The Academic Thought Of Treating Blood Syndrome

Objective:In this paper,the famous Ming Dynasty Physician Zhang Jingyue's Jingyue Quanshu and other works on the theory of Blood Troubles and the treatment of Blood Troubles related prescription research,sort out Zhang Jingyue's academic thoughts and medication regularities.Methods:By studying Zhang Jingyue's Jingyue Quanshu,Lei Jing,Lei Jing Fu Yi and Zhi Yi Lu,this paper summarizes the theory of Blood Troubles with the method of philology.The prescriptions for the treatment of Blood Troubles in Jingyue Quanshu-Xuezheng were collected,and the prescriptions database was established.The medication regularities of prescriptions were analyzed by Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing System(TCMICS)V3.0 software.Results:Zhang Jingyue's theory of Blood Troubles originated from Dao Yi.He respected the book of internal medicine and other ancient schools.His theory of treatment emphasized syndrome differentiation.Exogenous factors were dissolved.He was good at invigorating the spleen for internal injury,clearing the fire,invigorating the kidney and benefiting Zheng Yin.By Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing System(TCMICS)V3.0 software,a total of 136 prescriptions were collected,including 157 Chinese drugs,31 of which were used frequently(frequency?7),the top five were:Gan Cao(Radix Glycyrrhizae)(65),Ren Shen(Radix Panacis Ginseing)(42),Fu Ling(Sclerotium Poriae Cocos)(36),Dang Gui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis)(32),Shu Dihuang(Cooked Radix Rehmanniae)(30).The main four natures were warm and cold,the main flavors were sweet and bitter,main channel tropism was in spleen,tonic drugs were used most frequently.26 core combinations and 9 drug association rules were obtained,4 new prescriptions were obtained by k-means clustering analysis.Conclusion:Through the methods of philology and Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing System(TCMICS)V3.0 software,Zhang Jingyue's academic thoughts and medication regularities of treating Blood Troubles were revealed.ZhangJingyue pays more attention to regulating and nourishing Qi and blood,he does not ignore eliminating external evil of fire and heat,he is good at tonifying vitality Qi in spleen and lung,nourishing liver-kidney and blood essence of Mingmen.It may provide reference for modern clinical treatment in hemorrhagic diseases.
