Clinical Study On The Effect Of Huoxue Tiaojing Recipe On Endometrial Blood Flow Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Intrauterine Adhesion

Objective: The object of the research is to observe effects of Huoxue Tiaojing Decoction and Femoston on endometrial blood flow in patients with intrauterine adhesion of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,after three menstrual-cycle treatment.And further evaluate the how Huoxue Tiaojing Decoction effects on the endometrial blood flow.Methods: Selected outpatients in the "You Zhaoling Gynecological Studio" who seek from January 2020 to September 2020,and had already been diagnosed as intrauterine adhesions by hysteroscopy,and 80 cases of patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome based on TCM differentiation.Randomized single-blind method was used to treat them.Divided into a traditional Chinese medicine group and control group with 40 cases each.The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Huoxue Tiaojing Decoction periodically,and the control group was treated with Fenmatone.The menstrual cycle before the medication was recorded for 3 menstrual cycles,and the menstrual cycle of the two groups were observed under four-dimensional transvaginal color doppler on the day 21 of the menstrual cycle.The variety of endometrial blood flow distribution,number of endometrial vessels,uterine artery pulsation index PI,resistance index RI,and the improvement of TCM syndromes were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)The number of cases in which this research was finally completed was 72,36 in the Chinese medicine group and 36 in the control group.(2)The total effective rate of TCM syndrome: the total effective rate of the TCM group is 86.11%;the total effective rate of the control group is 72.22%.There is a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01),indicating that both treatments can improve TCM syndromes.And the effect of the Chinese medicine group was significantly better than that of the control group.(3)Comparison of the endometrial blood flow: compares in the Chinese medicine group,P<0.01 in terms of the endometrial blood flow distribution,number of blood flow branches,and uterine artery RI and PI;compares in the control group,P<0.05 in terms of the uterine artery coefficient PI and RI after treatment,while P>0.05 in terms of endometrial blood flow distribution and number of blood flow branches;compares between groups after treatment,P<0.01 in terms of the endometrial blood flow distribution and the number of endometrial blood flow branches,P<0.05 in terms of uterine artery PI and RI,which indicates that The Chinese medicine group was significantly better than the control group in terms of endometrial blood flow distribution and endometrial blood flow branch number,and the Chinese medicine group was superior to the control group in improving uterine artery PI and RI.(4)Comparison of the endometrial thickness: P<0.05 in terms of the endometrial thickness in the Chinese medicine group and the control group after treatment,and P>0.05 between groups after treatment.So it is considered that the two groups had curative effects on endometrial thickness,and the curative effects were similar.Conclusion:(1)Huoxue Tiaojing Decoction can increase endometrial thickness and reduce uterine artery coefficient PI and RI in uterine adhesions patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Huoxue Tiaojing Decoction can better improve endometrial blood-flow distribution,increase the number of endometrial blood vessels,reduce uterine artery blood flow resistancew,improve endometrial blood perfusion,and promote endometrial repair and healing.(2)Traditional Chinese medicine Huoxue Tiaojing Decoction is better than Femoston in improving the symptoms of low menstrual flow,dark color,abdominal pain,fatigue and fatigue.
