Based On Data Mining To Explore The Medication Rules Of Professor You Zhaoling In The Treatment Of Adenomyosis

Objective:On the basis of traditional teacher-following,using modern data mining technology,using frequency analysis,association analysis and entropy clustering analysis,combining the drugs used by Professor You Zhaoling in the treatment of adenomyosis with the data analysis,to sum up Professor You Zhaoling’s thought of treating diseases and experience of clinical evidence,which provides new ideas for the later generation’s learning,and is constantly studied and updated in the later generation’s learning.Method:The cases collected in this study were outpatient cases of adenomyosis treated by Professor You Zhaoling from December 1,2019 to December 31,2020,after screening according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,there were 68 eligible cases,there are227 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine.With reference to the 13 th Five-Year Plan textbook "Traditional Chinese Medicine ",the names,properties,taste、classics and efficacy of each Chinese medicine are standardized,then the traditional Chinese medicine was analyzed by data.Based on the Excel 2010 software,we set up the prescription database for the treatment of adenomyosis,Statistics and analysis of drug use frequency through SPSS 22.0 software,and further combined with IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software,by Apriori algorithm.The association rules and cluster analysis were carried out for Professor You Zhaoling’s treatment of adenomyosis.The results were analyzed again with clinical cases.Result:1.General data analysis:The minimum age of entry was 21 years old,the maximum age is 53 years old;the maximum number of visits was 3(except for the first visit),42 cases,61%;in the evaluation of the curative effect of the group,dysmenorrhea scores decreased by more than 3 points(including 3 points)in 33 cases,48.52%,more than 4points(including 4 points)in 19 cases,27.94%.2.Frequency analysis:There were 68 cases of standard cases,involving 227 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,71 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were used,and 2781 times of all drugs appeared.The highest frequency of all drugs was Astragalus membranaceus and Codonopsis pilosula,227 times,8.16% of total usage.Except Astragalus and Codonopsis,ranked in the top 12 by frequency of medication from high to low,the order was Atractylodes macrocephala(frequency 224,Frequency 8.05%),Zanthoxylum nitidum(frequency 192,6.90%),Folium Isatidis(frequency 178,6.72%),forsythia(frequency 170,6.11%),Rosa laevigata(frequency159,5.71%),Pomegranate Rind(frequency 156,5.60%),Prunella vulgaris(frequency138,4.96%),Finger Citron(frequency 126,4.53%),Rhizoma Corydalis(frequency103,3.70%),Szechwan Chinaberry Fruit(frequency 103,3.55%),Isatis root(frequency90,3.23%)and Rhizoma(frequency 71,2.55%)(Figure 1).In terms of the four nature of drugs,cold drugs、warm drugs and leveling drugs were the main ones.Cold drugs accounted for 32.39%,warm drugs 32.39% and leveling drugs 23.94%,while hot drugs accounted for the least,only 2.82%(Figure 2(A)).In the statistics of five flavours,the frequency of five flavours from high to low was sweet(34.75%),bitter(27.97%),pungent(15.25%),sour(8.47%),astringent(8.47%),salty(2.54%),and light(2.54%).The use was mainly sweet,bitter and pungent(Figure 2(B)).In terms of drug channeling,liver channel was the most frequent,accounting for 20.69%,followed by lung(17.24%),spleen(14.37%),kidney(12.07%)and heart(10.34%).The five internal organs were still the main component of drug channeling compatibility(Figure 3(A)),the compatibility of liver,lung,spleen and kidney was the main factor(Figure3(B)).There were 19 traditional Chinese medicines with the frequency of more than 30 times,accounting for 85.01% of the total frequency,including qi-tonifying drugs,heat clearing drugs,qi-regulating drugs,blood activating analgesics,radiating wind-heat drugs,strengthening essence,reducing urine and stopping diarrhea drugs,lung and astringent intestinal drugs.Codonshen,Astragalus membranaceus and Atractylodes tractylodes are used in almost every prescription,with over 98% utilization rate,and all belong to the category of qi tonifying drugs,which have the effect of tonifying qi and invigorating spleen.Secondly,the utilization rate is more than 50%,and it belongs to the category of heat-clearing medicine,qi regulating medicine,solid essence,urine withdrawal and belt stopping medicine,lung and intestinal astringent medicine,with the effect of clearing heat and detoxification,qi regulating stagnation,and astringent solid and astringent.In addition,more than one-third of the prescriptions in addition to the above drugs,but also contain Rhizoma Corydalis,Szechwan Chinaberry Fruit,isatidis root,cohosh and other drugs,with regulating qi and relieve pain,lift Yang and other effects(table 1).3.Association rules:Based on the Apriori algorithm,the high-frequency drug combinations and association rules of Professor You Zhaoling’s prescription drugs for the treatment of adenomyosis were analyzed(Figure 4).It can be concluded that the related drugs include Codonopsis Radix,Astragalus membranaceus,Atractylodes Atractylodes,Prunella prunularis,Forsythia forsythia,Radix isatidis,Buddha’s hand,Rosa chinensis,Pomegranate peel,contain Rhizoma Corydalis,Melia chinensis seed,cohosh,which are mainly used to invigorate qi and spleen,clear heat and detoxification,and regulate qi and pain-relieving drugs.Then the association analysis of two,three and four combinations was carried out to obtain different drug association combinations.4.Entropy clustering analysis: According to the results of the drug use frequency statistics to 39 flavour high-frequency medicines(frequency of 10)complex system entropy of unsupervised clustering analysis,measurement choose Euclidean distance square,tree diagram output format(figure 5),combined with the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine,prescription drugs in about 10-12 flavor more,eventually find two new combination of high frequency drug for the treatment of uterine adenomyosis prescription(table 5):Codonopsis pilosula,astragalus,atractylodes,selfheal,folium isatidis,fructus forsythiae,two needles,radix isatidis,bergamot,Cherokee rose,pomegranate skin,yanhusuo,sichuan and fruit.Conclusion:It was found in this study that professor You Zhaoling considered blood stasis as the basic pathogenesis of adenomyosis,and the disease site was related to liver,lung,spleen and kidney,and the disease was a mixture of deficiency and deficiency.Although blood stasis is the pathogenesis,drugs to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis do not play an important role in the prescription for treatment,because Professor You Zhaoling believes that the blood stasis in this disease is caused by heat toxin,and heat becomes blood stasis,so the treatment should be based on heat-clearing drugs,heat toxin is removed,and blood stasis is opened by itself.Because of blood stasis block,the main performance of this disease patients is dysmenorrhea,so the treatment with qi,blood circulation and analgesic drugs.In addition,because of the special nature of the disease,there will be residual blood in the myometrium,so add the use of astringent drugs.Finally,according to Professor You Zhaoling’s idea that women are naturally flat,he added some drugs to the general prescription to replenish deficiency,such as invigorating qi and invigorating spleen,which reflects the unique peaceful constitution of women.Professor You Zhaoling’s medication rules for the treatment of adenomyosis obtained by modern data mining technology provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of this disease,but there are some shortcomings,which need to be further explored and updated.
