Clinical Study Of Wenxie Lishi Fang Fumigation In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis With Cold-dampness Obstruction Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of topical fumigation of Wenxi Lishi Recipe in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(cold-dampness syndrome).Methods: According to the Doll's random table,72 patients with knee osteoarthritis with cold-damp arthralgia syndrome were divided into experimental group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with oral celecoxib combined with topical fumigation of Wenxi Lishi Decoction.The control group was treated with oral celecoxib combined with placebo fumigation.Continuous treatment for 1 month is a course of treatment.After foot treatment,the efficacy of TCM syndromes,joint syndromes(Lysholm score,VAS score),hypersensitive C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate,hypersensitive C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were evaluated by comparing the therapeutic effects of the two groups after the treatment of the pedicure.Clinical efficacy of patients with knee osteoarthritis.result:1.External fumigation of Wenxi Lishi Recipe has obvious effect in improving joint symptoms in patients with knee osteoarthritis with cold and dampness syndrome.After a course of treatment,the Lysholm score and VAS score of the two groups improved compared with before treatment.The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and statistical analysis showed that the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were tested by t test before treatment,t=1.567,P =0.122(>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant,and the two groups were comparable.After a course of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than before.The rank sum test was used to compare the two groups after treatment,z =-2.939,P =0.003(<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The effect of the experimental group is better than that of the control group.3.After one month of treatment,the hypersensitive C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the two groups decreased compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The level of decline in the experimental group was more significant than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.The comparison of the curative effect between the two groups showed that z =-2.077,P =0.038(<0.05)by the rank sum test,and the difference was statistically significant.Comparing the comprehensive curative effect of the two groups,the therapeutic effect of oral celecoxib combined with external fumigation of Wenxi Lishi prescription is better than that of oral administration of western medicine alone.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes: experimental group: 97.06%,control group 88.57%.5.During the experiment,both groups of patients had obvious adverse reactions,and their vital signs and various indicators were in the normal range.Conclusion: The effect of external fumigation combined with western medicine in the treatment of KOA with Wenxi Lishi Recipe is better than that of western medicine combined with placebo.Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with oral western medicine has a good effect on improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and at the same time improving knee joint swelling and pain,knee joint function,etc.,which can improve the quality of life of patients and alleviate pain for patients.It can also reduce erythrocyte sedimentation rate and hypersensitive C reactive protein value.The prescription is safe and effective for clinical use,and is highly accepted by patients from the economic point of view and use experience.It can be used clinically as a treatment for knee osteoarthritis.
