Objective: The research content of this subject belongs to the clinical research of orthopedics department of traditional Chinese medicine.The purpose is to provide accurate reference materials and efficient and safe Chinese medicine treatment scheme for the clinic by observing the clinical effect of the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with wind cold dampness Bi syndrome by adding and subtracting the decoction of Juanbi.Methods: From December 2018 to December 2019,72 outpatients from orthopedic department of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine are expected to observe,and the clinical diagnosis is in line with the diagnostic standard of rheumatic cold dampness syndrome of knee osteoarthritis.36 cases in the treatment group and 36 cases in the control group were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with the addition and subtraction of Fubi decoction,and the control group was treated with Zushima tablet.Through the comparison of the two groups of patients before and after the overall treatment,WOMAC knee joint function score,VAS score and traditional Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation,data analysis,as well as adverse reactions record and analysis.Result: After clinical observation,the WOMAC scores of the two groups were improved after treatment,before treatment(65.92 + 15.25),after treatment(23.89 + 3.41),before treatment(65.83 + 13.69)and after treatment(31.19 + 5.58)in the control group.VSA pain scores were also improved in the treatment group before treatment(7.25 + 1.23),after treatment(1.69 + 0.98);in the control group before treatment(7.11 + 1.26),after treatment(2.06 + 1.04),and the treatment group was better than the control group.In the treatment group,5 cases were cured(13.89%),10 cases were effective(27.78%),17 cases were effective(47.22%),4 cases were ineffective(11.11%),and the total effective rate was 88.89%;in the control group,1 case was cured(2.78%),6 cases were effective(16.67%),22 cases were effective(44.00%),7 cases were ineffective(19.44%),and the total effective rate was 80.56%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.By statistical analysis,P < 0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion: The clinical study shows that the therapeutic effect of Juanbi Decoction on rheumatic cold and dampness arthralgia of knee osteoarthritis is accurate,and there is no obvious adverse reaction,so it is worth clinical reference.
