Clinical Observation Of Flash Cup Combined With Acupuncture And Massage In The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation (cold-damp Type)

Objective:For observing the effect of flash cupping combined with acupuncture and massage on cold dampness type of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,by the differences in VAS score,JOA score,TCM syndrome score and curative effect evaluati on between flash cupping combined with acupuncture and massage with traditional acupuncture and massage.Methods:72 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of cold dampness type were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with traditionall acupuncture and massage;the observation group was treated with flash cupping on the basis of the control gr oup;10 days was a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Vas,JOA scores,TCM syndrome score were evaluated before and after treatment,And comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy of patients after treatment.Results:(1)Comparison within the group:Comparison of JOA scores before and after treatment in the two groups,JOA score of the observation group was significantly improved(P<0.01),JOA score of the control group was significantly improved(P<0.0 1);comparis on of VAS scores between the two groups before and after treatment,observation The VAS score of the group was significantly reduced(P<0.01),and the VAS score of the control group was significantly reduced(P<0.01);the comparison of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment in the two groups showed that the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were significantly reduced(P<0.01),and the control group The scores of TCM syndromes decreased significantly(P<0.01).(2)Comparison between groups:The JOA score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment between the two groups(P<0.01);the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after the treatment(P<0.05);Comparing the TCM syndrome scores between the two groups after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).(3)Comparison of curative effect:The curative effect of the observation group is significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).There are 31 cases in the observation group,of which 12 cases are cured,16 cases are markedly effective,2 cases are effective,and 1 case is ineffective The total effective rate was 96.77%.There were 30 cases in the control group,of which 2 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,and 5 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 83.33%.Conclusions:(1)Flash cupping combined with acupuncture and massage group and traditional acupuncture and massage group can significantly improve the pain,clinical signs,daily activities and TCM syndrome of patients with cold-damp lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,but the combination of flash cupping and acupuncture and massage is better th-an traditional acupuncture Puncture and massage group.(2)Flash cupping combined with acupuncture and massage has obvious curative effect,high clinical safety,strong operability,and has certain clinical promotion significance.
