The Clinical Research About The Effects Of Calming The Liver And Suppressing The Hyperactive Yang And Tongluozhitong Therapy Method On Migraine(Type Of Liver Yang)

Objective:Through the clinical observation and study of Pinggan Zhitong Formula,we objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Pinggan Tongluo Zhitong in the treatment of migraine(Hyperactivity of liver Yang),and analyze the situation of improving the clinical symptoms of migraine,reducing the number of headache attacks,and quality of life.Methods:Seventy-two patients who met the criteria for diagnosis of migraine(Hyperactivity of liver Yang)were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The number of days of headache attack,frequency of attack,duration of attack,severity of attack(VAS score)and TCM syndrome score of all patients in the first four weeks of admission were retrospectively analyzed as baseline.The control group was given Zhengtian pills,6 g each time,twice a day,after breakfast and dinner.The experimental group was given 300 mL of water decoction of clinical prescription,which was paid once a day,and divided into two groups after breakfast and dinner.All patients were discharged from the group after 4 weeks of treatment,and were visited once after 3 months.Results:㈠Times of headache attack:(1)Intra-group comparison before and after treatment:⑴The control group:the times of headache attack t=15.94,P<0.01;the differences were significant.⑵In the experimental group,the times of headache attack t=11.15,P<0.01;the differences were significant.(2)Inter group comparison:After treatment,the number of headache attacks t=2.72 P<0.01,the difference was significant.㈡Half of the times of headache attacks:After treatment,Half of the times of headache attacks in the experimental groupχ~2=6.03,P<0.05.The difference has statistical significance.㈢Duration of headache attack:(1)Intra-group comparison before and after treatment:⑴The control group:The duration of headache attack t=5.98,P<0.01;the difference was significant.⑵In the experimental group,The duration of headache attack t=13.86,P<0.01;the difference was significant.(2)Inter group comparison:The duration of seizures after treatment was t=7.91,P<0.01,the difference was significant㈣Headache attack degree(Visual analogue scale):(1)Intra-group comparison before and after treatment:⑴The control group:VAS score of headache attack degree t=16.68,P<0.01;the difference was significant.⑵In the experimental group,VAS score of headache attack degree t=22.01,P<0.01;the difference was significant.(2)Inter group comparison:VAS score of headache attack degree after treatment t=2.20,P<0.05,the difference has statistical significance.㈤TCM Syndrome Score(1)Intra-group comparison before and after treatment:⑴The control group:TCM Syndrome Score t=7.76,P<0.01;the difference was significant.⑵In the experimental group,TCM Syndrome Score t=14.12,P<0.01;the difference was significant.(2)Inter group comparison:TCM Syndrome Score after treatment t=2.67,P<0.05,the difference was significant.㈥Therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes:The effective rate of the experimental group was 91.18%,and that of the control group was 78.79%.The comparison between the two groups was:χ~2=5.08,P<0.05,The experimental group was significantly better than the control group.㈦Combination of drug use in two groups of patients:There was no significant difference between the two groupsχ~2=0.20,P>0.05.Conclusion:Comparing the therapeutic effects of Professor Zhao Jianjun’s clinical experience prescription(experimental group)and Zhengtian pill(control group),we can see that:1.Professor Zhao Jianjun’s clinical experience prescription is superior to Zhengtian Pill in improving the frequency of headache attack and the half-rate of headache attack in patients with migraine(hyperactivity of liver-yang type).2.Professor Zhao Jianjun’s clinical experience prescription is better than Zhengtian pill in reducing the degree and duration of headache attack in patients with migraine(hyperactivity of liver-yang type).3.Professor Zhao Jianjun’s clinical experience prescription is also superior to Zhengtian Pill in alleviating the symptoms of TCM,reducing the scores of TCM syndromes and improving the curative effect of TCM syndromes.
