Clinical Observation Of Fuzheng Sufei Mixture Combined With Gefitinib In The Treatment Of Lung Adenocarcinoma With Spleen-qi Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy,attenuation and safety of Fuzheng Sufei mixture combined with gefitinib in the treatment of lung adenocarcinoma with lung spleen qi deficiency syndrome.Methods: A total of 72 patients with EGFR positive lung adenocarcinoma in Chongqing traditional Chinese medicine hospital were selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order number and randomly divided into two drug combination group and single drug group with 36 cases in each group,treat for 30 days,to recorded the tumor size,TCM syndrome score,CEA,KPS,rash,diarrhea,blood routine,liver and kidney function of the two groups,statistics and analysis the data.Results:1.Compared with the short-term objective efficacy index,the objective response rate of tumor size(ORR)in the experimental group(25%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(11.11%),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.After treatment,the serum CEA of the experimental group was significantly lower,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The CEA values of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the changes were statistical significant(P<0.01).3.TCM syndrome score showed that the total score of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Especially in cough and expectoration,shortness of breath,abdominal distension,anorexia,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.KPS score were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the incidence of rash and diarrhea in the experimental group decreased,and and the difference was statistically significan t(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in diarrhea between the two groups(P>0.05).6.Compared with the safety of the two groups,WBC,HGB,PLT,alt,AST,SCR before and after treatment fluctuated less,the differences were not statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Sufei mixture combined with gefitinib in the treatment of lung adenocarcinoma patients with lung spleen qi deficiency syndrome has the same short-term efficacy as gefitinib alone,but it can improve the short-term quality of life of patients,reduce the toxicity of gefitinib,especially reduce the occurrence of rash and diarrhea.It has obvious advantages in reducing the severity of rash and has high safety.
