Research On The Ancient Medical Cases Of Endometriosis-related Infertility And The Medical Case Of Xu Runsan, A Master Of Chinese Medicine

Objectives:Based on Chinese Medical Code and Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5),excavate and study frequency of menstruation,high-frequency drugs and efficacy classification,prescription rules,core combinations and potential new prescriptions ancient Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine master Professor Xu Runsan in the treatment of endometriosis-related infertility.Study the medication rules and thoughts of ancient doctors and Professor Xu in the treatment of endometriosis related infertility.Methods:This study is divided into two parts.Literature research:Search and screen the prescription information about the ancient medical records of infertility related to endometriosis in the software of Chinese Medical Code.Clinical research:collect the prescription information of infertile patients with endometriosis,who were treated in the outpatient clinic of Professor Xu,Department of Gynecology.China-Japan Friendship Hospital from June 1,2010 to September 30,2020(in recent 10 years).The software of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5)was used to analyze the information of the nature,taste and menstruation,frequency of high-frequency drugs and efficacy classification,prescription rules,core combinations and potential new prescriptions.Result:(1)Through the analysis of the nature,taste and meridian of drugs,the drugs used by ancient physicians and Professor Xu were mainly warm,flat,cold,pungent,sweet and bitter,and most of them were attributed to liver,spleen and kidney meridian.Professor Xu mostly used drugs attributed to liver,spleen,heart and kidney meridian.(2)The high-frequency drugs used by ancient doctors are:Dang Gui,Chuan Xiong,Bai Shao,Fu Ling,Rou Gui,Shu Dihuang,Ren Shen,Bai Zhu,Xiang Fu,Gan Cao.The main efficacy of these drugs are classified as:promoting blood circulation and tonifying blood,promoting diuresis and permeating dampness,tonifying deficiency and regulating qi.Professor Xu uses high-frequency drugs such as:Chuan Xiong,Huang Qi,Chi Shao,Dang Gui,E-Zhu,San Qi,Chai Hu,Dan Shen,Yi Mucao,Zi Heche.The main efficacy of drugs are classified as:promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals,clearing heat,tonifying deficiency,regulating qi and so on.(3)The drug use mode and core prescription are analyzed by association rules:The drug models commonly used by ancient doctors are mainly the combination of three kinds of drugs:warming the kidney and helping yang,replenishing qi and nourishing blood,soothing the liver and activating blood circulation.The core prescription is:Rou Gui,Gan Jiang,Bai Zhu,Ren Shen,Gan Cao,Fu Ling,Bai Shao,Dang Gui,Shu Dihuang,Chuan Xiong,Niu Xi,Yan Husuo,Mu Danpi,Xiang Fu.The drug models commonly used by Professor Xu is mainly composed of three kinds of drugs:replenishing qi and tonifying blood,invigorating qi and activating blood,warming kidney and tonifying essence.The core prescription is:Zi Heche,Chai Hu,Dang Gui,Yi Mucao,Huang Qi,E Zhu,Chi Shao,Chuan Xiong,San Qi.(4)The new formula is obtained by cluster analysis.Ancient physicians:?Wu Zhuyu-Mai Dong-Ban Xia-E Jiao-Lu Hui,?Gan Jiang-Chuan Jiao-Long Gu-Mu Li-Hai Piaoxiao-Xi Xin-Bai Zhi-Gao Ben-Bai Wei-Yu Yuliang-Juan Bai,?Lu Rong-Lu Jiaojiao-Bi Xie-Gou Qizi-Yang Qishi,?Bie Jia-Qiang Huo-Da Fupi-Xue Jie,?E Zhu-Qing Pi-Liu Jinu-He Ye-Jiang Huang.Professor Xu:?Dan Shen-Gui Zhi-Tao Ren-Wei Lingxian-Bai Jiezi-Zhi Nanxing,?Huang Qin-Zhi Shi-Da Huang-Lu Lutong-Tu Biechong-Gan Cao,?Bai Shao-Dang Gui-Chi Shao-Zi Heche.Conclusions:Ancient doctors treated endometriosis-related infertility,the four qi was mainly warm,the five flavors were mainly pungent,sweet and bitter,and the meridians of liver,spleen and kidney were the main meridians.Drugs for tonifying deficiency,warming li,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis are commonly used,with tonifying qi and tonifying blood as the main treatment,as well as warming the kidney and removing blood stasis.Professor Xu treats endometriosis-related infertility,the four qi is mainly warm,the five flavors are bitter,pungent and sweet,and the use of bitter medicine is more than that of ancient doctors,and pay more attention to soft firmness and loose knots.Drugs for tonifying deficiency,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis are commonly used,with breaking blood and removing blood stasis,tonifying qi and warming yang as the main treatment.
