Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System (V2.5) Research Uterine Fibroid Herb Treatment

ObjectiveBased on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(V2.5),the thesis analyze the prescriptions of uterine fibroids.The study consisted of drug frequency results,common drug pairs,core combinations and new methods.To explore prescription regular including single herbs,combination of herbs,core combination and new prescription.This study probes prescription law of Professor Li Kunyin.MethodsWe develop a search strategy.We use advanced search to search the CNKI for 1997-2016.Search for "uterine fibroid","zhengjia".We conclude 1021 paper,involved 337 prescription.We input the above prescription by double.We collect and select effective clinical cases about uterine fibroid treated by Professor Kunyin Li.Then we input those cases in traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system by double.The system analysis those data by means of rule analysis,improved mutual information,complex system entropy cluster and entropy.We analysis the data by dividing time into menstrual and Non-menstrual period.ResultsThere are 337 prescription of Chinese medicine treatment of uterine fibroid,a total of 270 Chinese herbs.The frequency of Chinese herbs rank from high frequency to low frequency.Ten herbs appear before the frequency as follows:Curcuma zedoary,Angelica sinensis,Trigone,Radix paeoniae rubra,Peach kernel,Poria cocos,Astragalus membranaceus,Concha ostreae,Cassia twig,Moutan bark,mainly promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.The system deduce 37 core combination and 7 new prescriptions to cure uterine fibroids.Professor Kunyin Li treat uterine fibroids 40 patients.There are 296 prescriptions in this study and 144 Chinese herbs.The frequency of Chinese herbs rank from high frequency to low frequency.Ten herbs appear before the frequency as follows:liquorice,Poria cocos,bamboo shavings,semen boitae,Chinese yam,dogwood,teasel root,cortex albiziae,pericarpium citri reticulatae,prepared rehmannia root.There are 40 prescriptions and 135 Chinese herbs in this study during menstrual period.There are 144 prescriptions and 204 Chinese herbs in this study during intermenstruum.The system deduce 46 core combination and 5 new prescriptions to cure uterine fibroids.Conclusion1.The traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system analysis the papers about therapy of uterine fibroid and explore the herbs of high frequency promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,including Guizhi Fuling Bolus.The core combination of herbs,including herbs invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis,qi-activating herbs,enriching the blood herbs,warming yang herbs,softing firm fights herbs.2.The traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system analysis prescriptions of Professor Kunyin Li to cure uterine fibroids.The train of thought is different between menstrual period and intermenstruum.There are high frequency of the spleen wet perpeability,kidney-reinforcing,tranquil-lizer,expectorant in the overall drugs and menstrual period drugs.There are high frequency of drug for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis,blood hemostatic,reinforcing qi to strength spleen during the menstrual period.3.Professor Kunyin Li always treats the uterine fibroids by combining traditional Chinese medicine decoction,Chinese patent medicine and dietary instruction to cure the disease.
