Research On The Construction Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Chronic Disease Management Plan And Management Tools For Endometriosis

Research purposes:Endometriosis profoundly impairs the quality of life and health,and It is considered as a chronic disease which needs long-term treatment and management.The purpose of this paper is to build endometriosis(EMs)traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)chronic disease management program and management tools on the basis of a literature review and panel discussion.This study demsonstrates a novel method of endometriosis TCM chronic disease management,in order to improve the health level of patients with endometriosis.Research methods:1.By the method of literature research,we sourced,collated and analysed the literature,books and works and network resources related to endometriosis management of domestic and foreign,and summed up the experience for reference in order to provide better reference and guidance for the construction of endometriosis TCM chronic disease management.2.By means of group discussion and expert interview,the main contents of TCM chronic disease management plan for endometriosis were discussed and analyzed,and the final TCM chronic disease management plan for endometriosis was formed.3.Taking endometriosis TCM chronic disease management scheme as the core,the core functions of endometriosis TCM chronic disease management tool were discussed,and the endometriosis TCM chronic disease management tool was constructed combined with software development technology.Research results:1.Endometriosis traditional Chinese medicine chronic disease management program:(1)The management plan of endometriosis biomedical intervention made 19 specific suggestions from seven aspects:unmarried and not bearing,pelvic mass,dysmenorrhea,infertility,postoperative recurrence,adolescent endometriosis and follow-up of endometriosis.(2)The non-medical intervention management plan of endometriosis includes four sub plans:disease cognition,diet guidance,exercise management and psychological intervention.The disease cognition program developed the disease cognition questionnaire of endometriosis from the aspects of incidence,diagnosis,treatment,monitoring and prevention and health care,with 24 items.Dietary guidelines include dietary principles and the database of ingredients for endometriosis.Six specific principles are formulated from the perspective of dietary regularity,diversity and accompanying diseases.The database consists of six modules:classification table of common food materials,bias nature table of common food materials,TCM nature and flavor table of common food materials,TCM dialectical recommendation table of common food materials,table of food materials for avoid eating of endometriosis,and list of food materials to eat less for endometriosis.The sports management plan puts forward seven specific suggestions from the perspectives of BMI,mass size,physique type,menstruation period and sports mode.According to the results of Self-rating depression scale(SDS)and Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),the psychological intervention program was divided into three management levels.2.Endometriosis traditional Chinese medicine chronic disease management tool including the Internet construction of three subsystems:outpatient consultation tool,doctor work platform and patient Application(APP).
