Background and purpose:Pulmonary nodules are found with the continuous progress of modern imaging technology, coupled with the continuous improvement of modern people's material living standards, the public's attention to health is also improving,so the detection rate of pulmonary nodules is also rising, and most of the early stage of lung malignant tumor is marked by pulmonary nodules,so early prevention and treatment is particularly important It's important.Modern medicine for the treatment of pulmonary nodules mainly follow-up review, high probability of malignancy by surgery and other methods of treatment, while traditional Chinese medicine based on syndrome differentiation,in the treatment of pulmonary nodules has a unique advantage, therefore, the advantages of Western medicine imaging and traditional Chinese medicine based on syndrome differentiation,in order to play the greatest advantage of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary nodules This is also an important way and method for early detection and treatment of pulmonary nodules, which has great practical significance. In this study, the clinical data of patients with pulmonary nodules were collected to further analyze their TCM Syndrome Types and constitution and their correlation,in order to provide dialectical ideas for the prevention and treatment of pulmonary nodules.method:The method of this study is to collect the clinical data of patients with pulmonary nodules in the outpatient department of respiratory department of Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of traditional Chinese medicine from July 2019 to December 2020.With the informed consent of the patients, the clinical data of patients with pulmonary nodules were collected and filled in the scale of traditional Chinese medicine, and the clinical data of patients with pulmonary nodules who finally met the conditions were sorted out After checking, comparing and correcting, the data were imported into SPSS 26.0 software for statistical analysis and conclusion. On data processing:for the data involved in this study, the qualitative data is expressed in the form of frequency and percentage;the quantitative data is expressed in the form of mean±standard deviation;the difference between groups is calculated by chi square test, and the difference between the two groups is statistically significant with P<0.05.result:1.A total of 271 patients with pulmonary nodules were included in this study, including 107 male patients(39.5%),164 female patients(60.5%),the ratio of male to female was(0.625:1);the oldest patient with pulmonary nodules was 86 years old,the youngest patient with pulmonary nodules was 25 years old,the average age of patients was(63.08 ± 14.951)years old.Among them, the elderly group had the largest number of cases(168 cases).2.According to the frequency of TCM syndromes, the order was lung spleen qi deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome(27.7%),liver stagnation and spleen deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome(22.1%),phlegm heat stagnation and lung phlegm stasis syndrome(16.2%),phlegm turbidity obstructing lung and phlegm stasis syndrome(14.0%),lung yin deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome(10.7%),liver stagnation and qi stagnation and phlegm stasis syndrome(9.2%).In the correlation analysis of TCM Syndrome Types and gender in patients with pulmonary nodules, the result of chi square test was:x2=15.860,P=0.007<0.05,so the difference was statistically significant. In the correlation analysis of TCM Syndrome Types and age of patients with pulmonary nodules, chi square test results were:x2=36.195,P=0.000<0.05,the difference was significant, with statistical significance.3.According to the frequency, the constitution types of patients with pulmonary nodules in this study were ranked as follows:Qi deficiency(23.6%),Qi Stagnation(22.1%),damp heat(15.1%),phlegm dampness(14.4%),yin deficiency(10.7%),Yang deficiency(8.1%),special nature(4.8%)and blood stasis(1.1%).Chi square test was conducted on the constitution type and gender of patients with pulmonary nodules collected in this study, and the result was:K2=21.270,P=0.003<0.05.It shows that there are significant differences in the distribution of constitution types in patients with pulmonary nodules of different genders. The results of chi square test of TCM Syndrome Types and age of patients with pulmonary nodules collected in this study are:x2=36.195,P=0.000<0.05,the difference is significant, with statistical significance.4.According to the test, there were significant differences in TCM syndrome types of patients with pulmonary nodules of different constitution types(P=0.000<0.05).Conclusion:1.The most common TCM Syndromes of patients with pulmonary nodules are lung spleen qi deficiency and Phlegm Blood Stasis Syndrome, followed by liver stagnation and spleen deficiency and Phlegm Blood Stasis Syndrome, phlegm heat stagnation and lung Phlegm Blood Stasis Syndrome.2.Qi deficiency,qi stagnation and damp heat are the most common constitution types in patients with pulmonary nodules.3.In this study, chi square test showed that there was no significant difference between the distribution of TCM Syndrome Types and the history of chronic lung disease, personal and family tumor in patients with pulmonary nodules.4.The TCM Syndrome Types and constitution types of patients with pulmonary nodules are related to age and gender:the elderly group is mostly lung spleen deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome, and the constitution type is mainly Qi deficiency;the middle-aged group and young group are mostly liver depression and spleen deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome, and the Constitution type is mainly qi depression.5.The TCM syndrome types of patients with pulmonary nodules are closely related to their constitution types. The TCM syndrome types of patients with pulmonary nodules of different constitutions have certain tendencies:Qi deficiency tends to be manifested as lung spleen qi deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome,qi depression tends to be manifested as liver stagnation and spleen deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome, yin deficiency tends to be manifested as lung yin deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome, and phlegm dampness tends to be manifested as phlegm stasis syndrome The syndrome of turbid obstructing the lung with phlegm and blood stasis, and the syndrome of damp heat tends to be phlegm heat obstructing the lung with phlegm and blood stasis.
