Objective:Explore the the characteristics of the distribution of TCM syndromes of premature ovarian failure, the characteristics of the distribution of the TCM constitution, the characteristics of the distribution of type A behavior characteristics, and the relationship between the all.Correlation between the disease with Internal structure social psychological factors.Provide a theoretical basis for the Psychopathology premature ovarian failure and premature ovarian failure prevention.Method:According to the clinical manifestations of patients with premature ovarian failure, and refer to the "Guidelines for clinical research of Traditional Chinese Drug"(Zheng Youyu,2002), Development of the questionnaire on symptoms of premature ovarian failure".’TCM constitution classification and decision tables"(Wang Qi).And Zhang parked source, type A behavior questionnaireThe survey question and answer or fill since the fill type to complete the questionnaire content, Survey data entry Excel sorting, and using SPSS17.0on the data for statistical analysis.Result:1. Kidney deficiency and liver depression, in23case, accounting for32.86%, and Yin deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome, in16cases, accounting for22.86%, and Syndrome of deficiency of Qi and blood, in12cases, accounting for17.14%,yang deficiency of Slpeen and Kindy, in11case, accounting for15.74%, Deficiency of kidney and blood stasis syndrome of spleen deficiency, phlegm dampness syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, that proportion is relatively less.2. A type behavior have47case and accounted for67.14%; in normal control group,23cases of type A behavior, accounted for28.75%.the A behavior types in premature ovarian failure in the specific distribution of type A:25.35.71%.22, mA type, M type accounted for31.43%.2,2.90%, mB15, B type accounted for21.43%,6,8.60%. The premature ovarian failure in type A behavior of the integral (TH, CH, TH+CH) score, were compared to normal controls, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). 3.
