A Study On The Relationship Between The Occurrence Of Gastric Cancer And The Time Of Birth And Conception

The doctrine of the Five Circuits And Six Qi,referred to as the doctrine of "YunQi"(hereinafter referred to as "Yun Qi"),It is an ancient Chinese doctrine that studies the laws of temporal changes and their effects on human life,and is also an important part of the theoretical system of the Yellow Emperor’s Internal Canon.Man is born with the qi of heaven and earth,and the time cycle dominated by the sun,moon and stars has an important influence on everything in nature,including human life activities,so it is very important to explore the close connection between its changes and human life activities,the occurrence and diagnosis of diseases,so as to find out the pathogenesis of diseases and the corresponding prevention and treatment methods,in order to formulate disease prevention strategies and maintain human health at root.Cancer is one of the major chronic diseases that threaten human life and health,and has become one of the most important public health issues worldwide.As one of the common cancers,diet-related risk factors have received widespread attention and research,indicating that gastric cancer is indeed susceptible to the influence of different acquired factors;however,studies have also shown that the formation of body constitution is also closely related to gastric cancer.In this study,we will try to explore the influence of the Five Circuits And Six Qi endowments on the development of gastric cancer in human beings from the perspective of the five movements and six qi endowments,which are important in the formation of physical characteristics and include spatial and temporal elements.This study consists of two parts:a theoretical study and a data study.1.Theoretical studyThe theoretical part of this study focuses on the influence of the YunQi Qi Hua on life,and explains how the role of the YunQi Qi Hua is reflected in the innate endowment of life and the pattern of life activities in the later life.It mainly includes the influence on the difference of individual nature of life and the unique tendency of life conception.Further,the influence of the YunQi Qi Hua on the human body is elaborated,including the physiological differences in endowment,longevity and physique.Finally,a comprehensive analysis of how the application of the Yun Qi theory can be realized to maintain human health is presented.2.data study2.1 Purpose of the studyUsing Beijing as the study site,we investigated the differences in YunQi characteristics at the point of birth and conception,as well as seasonal and monthly characteristics of gastric cancer patients,in order to reveal the YunQi factors and seasonal and monthly factors that are closely related to the development of gastric cancer.2.2 Research methodsThe data analysis part was a study of the association between the five circuits and six qi,seasonal and monthly characteristics and gastric cancer incidence.The data of the case group was provided by the Beijing Tumor Registry,spanning from 2003 to 2012.The data of the control group were provided by Beijing Dongzhimen Hospital,spanning from 2003 to 2012.After strict nesting,the case group database of Beijing Tumor Registry and the control group database of Beijing Dongzhimen Hospital were established,including 19668 patients with gastric cancer and 49,909 patients with non-gastric cancer.The patients’ birth dates and conception dates were transformed into stems and branches and seasonal months,and based on the YunQi theory,SuiYun,ZhuYun,SiTian,ZaiQuan,ZhuQi,KeQi of each time point were deduced.The SPSS25.0 software was used for statistical processing,and the chi-square test was used to analyze the differences in the composition ratios of birth time and conception time of gastric cancer patients under different the YunQi rhythms and seasonal and monthly rhythms;dichotomous logistic regression was used to analyze the relationship between individual the YunQi factors,SuiYun+Sitian characteristics,ZhuYun+KeQi characteristics and the development of gastric cancer at birth time and conception time.Then the gastric cancer was grouped according to anatomical sites,and a control group was set up according to 1:1.5 random screening,and the relationship between the incidence of gastric cancer in different anatomical sites and seasonal and monthly characteristics was explored in the same way.2.3 Results of the study2.3.1 Single factors of the YunQiBirths in Bing,Ding,and Xin years and when the ZhuQi was YangMingZaoJin were risk factors for gastric cancer.And the year of Ren and the ZhuYun is TaiYinShiTu,YangMingZaoJin conception is the protective factor of stomach cancer.2.3.2 SiTian + SuiYunBoth at birth and at conception,the following pattern was observed:the time when the risk of gastric cancer increased,the overall situation was more likely to be a year of YunQi anomalies than a year of YunQi congenital or the same,and the year of YunQi anomalies was more likely to be a year of Tian Xing;the time when the risk of gastric cancer decreased,the overall situation was more likely to be a year of YunQi congenital or the same than a year of YunQi anomalies,and the year of YunQi anomalies was more likely to be a year of Tian Fu and a year of XiaoNi.In general,the YunQi anomalies are more likely to be born in a year with YunQi inter-generation than in a year with YunQi inter-inhibition,which is consistent with the luck theory.The results of the different years of SuiYun and the different years of the Sitian in a single Sitian year,and the combined results of all the combinations of the six Sitian years,have found multiple YunQi characteristic years that have an impact on the development of gastric cancer.The overall performance of which is less than the year of the year as a risk factor than the year of the year too much;the ShaoYang Xiang Huo Si Tian+Tai Yu are the most significant risk factors at birth and conception;The birth year of Tai Yin Shi Tu Si Tian+Shao Zhi and ShaoYang Xiang Huo Si tian+Tai Gong are the most significant protective factors at birth and conception respectively;the comparisons of birth and conception are roughly the same in terms of the SiTian and and SuiYun;in addition,there are many other specific of Yun Qi Xiang He,The corresponding year is a risk or protective factor for acquired gastric cancer.2.3.3 ZhuYun+KeQiThe protective factors during the birth period are:second Tai Zhi+Jue Yin Feng Mu,Third Shao Zhi+Tai Yin ShiTu,Third Shao Zhi+Yang Ming Zao Jin,and the risk factors are:Third Shao Zhi+Shao Yin Jun Huo,Fifth Shao Shang+Shao Yin Jun Huo.The protective factors at the time of conception are:third Tai Zhi+Shao Yang Xiang Huo,and the risk factor is fifth Shao Shang + Tai Yin Shi Tu;among the results of the ZhuYun and KeQi combination,the ZhuYun and KeQi attribute of fire at the time of birth and conception is more closely related to the development of stomach cancer.This may be due to the fact that cold and heat have a more significant influence on the development of gastric cancer than other YunQi factors,which is consistent with the conclusion that cold environment is a risk factor for the development of gastric cancer from the study of a single YunQi factor,therefore,the study of factors influencing the development of gastric cancer should focus on YunQi periods with obvious cold and heat attributes for better prevention.2.3.4 Season and monthThe results obtained from both conception and birth are consistent,and the timing of birth confirms the scientific validity of choosing the right time of conception to prevent gastric cancer.That is,the time of birth manifested as summer and birth in May,June and July are protective factors for the development of acquired stomach cancer,and the results of conception in autumn and conception in August,September,and October are protective factors for the development of gastric cancer.The results of grouping by anatomical sites are somewhat different in different anatomical sites,but the overall pattern is basically the same.The influence of light exposure on vitamin D secretion in humans during different seasons and months,and the influence of the light cycle on the circadian rhythm of the body and on maternal diet may be possible reasons for this seasonal pattern of birth and conception.In conclusion,the season and month of birth and conception have an impact on the development of acquired gastric cancer,which provides a reference for the fundamental prevention of gastric cancer.3.Conclusion(1)The individual SuiYun elements of Mu Yun and Shui Yun will significantly affect the risk of stomach cancer,and conception during the time of Tai Yin Shi Tu and Yang Ming Zao Jin will reduce the risk of stomach cancer later in life.(2)The influence of YunQi on acquired gastric cancer is in line with the overall rule of YunQi affecting life,i.e.birth or conception in a year when YunQi is incompatible becomes a risk factor,while birth in a year with the same or compatible YunQi becomes a protective factor.(3)The year of yearly SuiYun+Sitian situation is more of a risk factor than the year of yearly SuiYun too much,which needs to be focused on when studying the risk factors of gastric cancer.(4)The most significant risk factor at birth and conception is the year of Shao Yang Xiang Huo Si Tian+Tai Yu,which indicates that the mixed QiHua characteristics of water and fire,cold and heat,have a more obvious influence on the development of gastric cancer in the later life;The SiTian and SuiYun of birth and conception,which are of the five elements of earth,manifest as protective factors in terms of the impact of acquired gastric cancer development.(5)There is a seasonal pattern of conception during the development of gastric cancer,and the focus should be on autumn and August,September and October,which reduce the risk of developing gastric cancer later in life.The propensity to develop gastric cancer is influenced by the Five Circuits And Six Qi factors and seasonal month factors,and different conception or birth times may increase or decrease the risk of developing gastric cancer later in life.It is suggested that people with a family tendency to develop stomach cancer should pay more attention to dietary modification during the time of birth when the risk of stomach cancer is increased,and avoid the time of conception to reduce the risk of stomach cancer in the offspring.
