Item Screening Of Yin-yang, Qi-blood-jin Liquid Quality Table In Pediatric Traditional Chinese Medicine Based On Delphi Method

Purpose:Through literature review and Delphi method,this study screened the classification and items of TCM constitution of yin and yang,Qi-blood-body-fluid in children,which provided theoretical basis and standard reference for the classification and identification of TCM constitution of yin and yang,Qi-blood-body-fluid in children,and provided basic basis for clinical identification of children's constitution and "preventing diseases".Material and method:1.Through the search of ancient and modern literature related to the fluid quality of Chinese medicine in children,combined with the basic theory of Chinese medicine,the types and related entries of yin and yang and gas blood-to-liquid quality of Chinese medicine in children are refined after sorting.2.Conduct an expert questionnaire: apply the Delphi method,select experts and scholars who are in line with Delphi law,send questionnaires to experts by e-mail to rate the preliminary scale,and propose amendments,using sps26.0 and Excel,etc.The software analyzes the questionnaire,uses the average,coefficient of variation,full percentage to judge the importance of the entries and the unity of expert opinions,summarizes and summarizes the discussion to form a second round of scale,and the experts make a second round of scoring modification,and then carry out statistical analysis,and then formed a third round of scale,after the third round of scoring,again statistical analysis,and finally completed the "children yin and yang,gas and blood liquid quality table" of the body type and the selection of entries.Results:1.Children yin and yang Qi-blood-body-fluid quality entry pool: air virtual physique 9,sputum wet body 10,wet and hot body 9,yin and dry physique 9,impotence physique 9,impotence physique 11.2.According to the results of three rounds of TCM identification surveys on children's constitution of Yin and Yang,Qi-blood-body-fluid,children's constitutions are divided into balanced constitutions,qi deficiency constitutions,phlegm dampness constitutions,damp heat constitution constitutions,yin deficiency constitutions,yang exuberance constitutions and yang deficiency constitutions.3.The classification characteristics of each physique type are as follows:(1)Characteristics of balanced constitution: ruddy complexion,strong and well-proportioned body,normal stool,normal diet,good sleep,energy,less illness,strong adaptability to external environment,light red tongue,thin white fur and gentle and powerful pulse condition.(2)Characteristics of Qi deficiency constitution: muscle weakness,fatigue,shortness of breath,bad complexion,cold,sweat,thin stool or constipation,pale tongue and thin pulse.(3)Characteristics of phlegm-dampness constitution: sticky sputum in the mouth,easy to get sleepy,inactive,obese,sweaty and sticky,sticky stool,thick tongue coating and slippery pulse.(4)Features of damp heat constitution: halitosis,dry mouth,thirst,not drinking much,sweating,sticky hands,unpleasant stool,sticky,smelly,heavy and sleepy,yellow urine,yellow greasy tongue coating and slippery pulse.(5)Characteristics of yin deficiency constitution: dry stool,irritable,upset,night sweat,dry mouth,dry throat,thin body,red tongue with little moss and rapid pulse.(6)Features of Yang Sheng constitution: thirst,cold drink,fear of heat and cold,easy to get angry,dry stool,yellow urine,strong body,eating more and restless,red face and red lips.(7)Characteristics of yang deficiency constitution: pale complexion,lukewarm hands and feet,fear of cold,thin stool,long urine,fatigue,shortness of breath,fatigue,pale and fat tongue,teeth marks,deep pulse,softness and weakness.Conclusion:Using literature collection and finishing,Delphi expert investigation and other methods,screened out the "children's Chinese medicine Yin and Yang,Qi-blood-body-fluid quality table" of the physique and entries,of which,the balanced physique has 10 entries,air-empty physique,wet and hot physique,yin-and-virtual physique,impotence physique each have 8entries,sputum wet body has 7 entries,impotence physique has 9 entries.It provides the basis for the letter and validity verification of the quality table of Chinese medicine yin and yang and Qi-blood-body-fluid in children.
