Based On Literature Research To Explore And Analyze The Regularity Of Prescriptions For Cough Variant Asthma

Purpose:This study mainly explores and analyzes the prescription and medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cough variant asthma,and provides reference ideas and basis for clinical prevention and treatment of cough variant asthma.Material and Method:Retrieval and collection of January1,2009 to December31,2020 period,published in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wan Fang(WF),Wei Pu(WP)three Chinese database related to the clinical literature of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cough variant asthma,the selection of literature in line with the standard summary,the collected literature title,disease stage and syndrome type,prescription name,specific drugs and dose data entry Excel table to establish a database for standardized collation,statistics of traditional Chinese medicine and its nature and flavor meridian and other data,the application of SPSS21.0software cluster analysis and mining association rules,discuss the analysis results,draw conclusions.Results:1.Through the screening and integration of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cough variant asthma related literature,270 articles were included,a total of 270 prescriptions,including 178 traditional Chinese medicine,of which the frequency of drug use is more than 20 % of a total of 17 drugs,the frequency from high to low is almond,licorice,cicada,Zhimahuang,earthworm,platycodon grandiflorum,aster,Pinellia,Schisandra,Perilla,Fangfeng,Huangqin,Tudonghua,zombie,Baibu,Chenpi,Qianhu,is the treatment of cough variant asthma commonly used drugs.The statistical results of four-qi,five-flavor,meridian-tropism and other aspects show that the four-qi medicinal properties are most common in temperature,cold,and flat;The five flavors are bitter,sweet and pungent;The meridian tropism is dominated by lung meridian,spleen meridian and stomach meridian.2.Through systematic cluster analysis,the first four high credibility drug pairs were 'Gancao-Apricot Kernel ',' Mahuang-Apricot Kernel ',' Chande-Apricot Kernel ','Mahuang-Dilong ',and four clustering combinations were 1 Aster,Baibu,Chenpi,Tudonghua.2Wind protection.3 cicada,stiff silk worm,schisandra,earthworm,roasted ephedra,perilla,almond,platycodon,forehead.4 Scutellaria baicalensis,mulberry bark,licorice.Conclusion:1.In recent years,the syndrome types of cough variant asthma in clinical literature are mainly wind pathogen invading lung.2.The high-frequency drugs for the treatment of cough variant asthma include almond,licorice,cicada molting,roasted ephedra,and dilong.The drug pairs are mainly composed of‘ licorice-almond',‘ ephedra-almond',‘ cicada molting-almond',and ‘ ephedra-dilong',indicating that the treatment of cough variant asthma should be based on dispelling wind,relieving spasm,and relieving cough and asthma,which also reflects the therapeutic mechanism of cough variant asthma.High frequency ' clearing heat and purging fire ' drugs for CVA were Scutellaria baicalensis,Cortex Mori and Glycyrrhiza uralensis.The most commonly used drug for treating CVA is windbreak.
