Based On The "collateral Disease Theory" To Explore The Prescription And Medication Rules Of The Method Of Promoting Blood Circulation And Dredging Collaterals In The Treatment Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Purpose:Through the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant platform system(V2.5)software,SPSS22.0 statistical software,based on the "collateral disease theory" in the three databases of CNKI,VIP and Wanfang in the last 20 years,the rules of medication formulation for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were discussed.The characteristics of four qi and five flavors,nature and flavor return to meridian are analyzed to provide reference for medication for clinicians in diagnosis and treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Material and method:The prescriptions for treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy based on "collateral disease theory" were searched from the three databases of CNKI,VIP and Wanfang in recent 20 years.Input the collected prescriptions into the TCM inheritance assistant platform system(V2.5),and use the association rules of the system software.Data mining was carried out on the frequency of use of drugs in prescriptions and the recurrence of sexual taste,etc.SPSS22.0 software was used to carry out cluster analysis and factor analysis on the overall use of drugs.Results:1.In the three Chinese databases of CNKI,Weipu and Wanfang,from June 2000 to June2020,there are 83 prescriptions for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy by Tongluo method that meet the inclusion criteria,involving 131 traditional Chinese medicines.2.Statistics of drug frequency: 17 flavors with cumulative frequency above 20%.Astragalus is the most frequently used for 65 times,followed by Angelica sinensis(57 times),Caulis spatholobi(41 times),Chuanxiong(40 times),and red peony root(36 times).Times),achyranthes(35 times),safflower(35 times),earthworm(32 times),and the rest of the medicines in descending order of frequency are peach kernel,cassia twig,salvia,rehmannia,licorice,leech,kudzu,White Peony,Atractylodes.3.Classification statistics of drug efficacy(according to frequency from high to low): tonic drugs(256 times),blood activating and removing blood stasis drugs(249 times),antiseptic drugs(70 times),heat-clearing drugs(55 times),rheumatism drugs(50 times),calming liver and extinguishing wind medicine(36 times),diuresis and dampening medicine(32 times),warming medicine(20 times),reducing phlegm,relieving cough and asthma(14 times),regulating qi medicine(12 times),closing Astringent medicine(12 times),hemostatic medicine(9 times),soothing medicine,laxative medicine,dampness medicine(4 times each),digestive medicine,insecticide(2 times each).4.The statistical results of drug properties and flavors returned to the meridian(according to frequency from high to low): Four Qi: 420 times for warm,212 times for cold,198 times for flat,34 times for cold,19 times for hot;Five flavors: 516 times for sweetness,Bitterness 386 times,pungent taste 317 times,sour taste 77 times,salty taste 73 times,astringent taste 14times;menstruation: liver meridian 536 times,stomach meridian 369 times,heart meridian352 times,kidney meridian 250 times,lung meridian 250 times,stomach After 158 times,the bladder meridian is 90 times,the large intestine meridian is 52 times,the gall bladder meridian is 52 times,the pericardial meridian is 33 times,the small intestine meridian is 3times,and the triple jiao meridian is 3 times.5.Use the "rule of prescription" to analyze the prescription of the included 83 first prescriptions,and set the "support" to 25 and the "confidence" to 0.6,so that there are 18 drug pairs with more than 24 occurrences,with the highest frequency of occurrence The two drug pairs of the Chinese medicine are Astragalus-Angelica and Astragalus spatholobi-Astragalus,and the combination of the three medicines is Astragalus spatholobi-Astragalus-Angelica.Conclusion:1.Many symptoms caused by diabetic peripheral neuropathy are caused by "obstruction" and "dishonor".Application of dredging collaterals in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Often replenish qi,phlegm,blood circulation,the combination of the law of Wen Jing.2.Through the analysis of 83 prescriptions,three groups of potential new prescriptions were obtained..Respectively for the treatment of Qi and blood deficiency,damp stasis collaterals type;Spleen deficiency wet Sheng,phlegm and blood stasis each other type;Yang deficiency cold coagulation,meridian obstruction type diabetic peripheral neuropathy,It provides valuable basis for clinical drug selection and is worth clinical reference.
