A Retrospective Analysis Of 60 Cases Of Ulcerative Colitis Of Large Intestine Damp-heat Type Treated With Chinese Medicine And Internal And External Therapy

Objective: To retrospectively study the clinical data of 60 cases of ulcerative colitis treated in the anorectal department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and to observe the clinical efficacy of internal and external treatment of Chinese medicine in the treatment of wet heat ulcerative colitis of large intestine,so as to provide more reference for the clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis.Materials and Methods: From June 2015 to December 2020,the clinical data of 60 patients who were hospitalized in the anorectal ward of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and met the diagnostic criteria for wet heat ulcerative colitis of large intestine were collected and analyzed.The TCM syndrome score,mucosal lesion grade score,disease activity score,stool occult blood and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of 60 patients were collated,and the condition information was filled into the Excel.Clinically,oral Chinese medicine decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema and acupoint application were used for treatment.L courses of treatment lasted for 2 weeks.After 1 course of treatment,the curative effect was observed before and after treatment.Results:1.Statistical analysis before treatment,after the TCM syndrome integral,with 2 cases clinical recovery in 60 patients,36 cases of pay off,21 cases effective,1 case was ineffective,the clinical total effective rate was 98.33%,and the research results show that the medicinal broth of oral Chinese medicine combined Chinese medicine retain enema,acupuncture applied triple therapy to treat large intestine syndrome of ulcerative colitis clinical effect is obvious.2.By comparing the scores of single syndrome before and after treatment,the clinical effective rates of diarrhea,dry mouth and bitter mouth were 100%;The effective rate of abdominal pain was 98.28%,and that of pus and blood stools was 96.67%.The effective rate was 98.18%.The effective rate of abdominal distension was 94.12%.The effective rate of anal burning treatment was 93.33%.The effective rate was 95.83%.The scores of each single syndrome before and after treatment were statistically different(P <0.05).3.Statistics of stool occult blood before and after treatment showed that 45 of the 60 patients had positive stool occult blood before treatment,and the positive stool occult blood decreased to 6 cases after treatment;There were 15 cases of negative stool occult blood before treatment and 54 cases of negative stool occult blood after treatment,and the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.The average erythrocytic sedimentation rate of 60 patients before treatment was24.92±15.23,and that after treatment was 13.82±8.48*,suggesting that the combination of internal and external treatment with traditional Chinese medicine can effectively reduce the inflammatory indexes of patients.5.Among the 60 patients included in this study,a total of 15 patients were followed up for colonoscopy review.Comparing the disease activity scores of the 15 patients before and after treatment,it was found that the disease activity of all patients decreased after treatment compared with before treatment,with statistical significance(P <0.05).6.Comparing the mucosal lesion grade scores of 15 patients who were followed up,it was found that after treatment,there was a decrease compared with before treatment,and the treatment effective rate was 100%,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The treatment principle of this study for ulcerative colitis with dampness-heat type is to clear heat and dry dampness,reduce astringency and stop diarrhea,and use Chinese medicine decoction orally combined with retention enema and acupoint application,which has a good therapeutic effect.2.The combination of internal and external treatment with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of wet heat ulcerative colitis of large intestine has its unique advantages: First,the treatment principle is unified,the mode of action is different,the site is different;Second,the therapies are interrelated and complement each other.3.The combination of internal and external treatment with traditional Chinese medicine can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients with wet heat ulcerative colitis of the large intestine,with a total effective rate of 98.33%;It can effectively reduce inflammatory indicators and relieve the situation of hematochezia.Promote mucosal healing and reduce disease activity.
