Observation On The Curative Effect Of Acupuncture And Medicine In The Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis Of Damp-heat Type Of Large Intestine

Purpose:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of three groups of patients with ulcerative colitis,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of 90 patients with ulcerative colitis with TCM syndrome type as large intestine damp-heat type and Western medicine stage.To explore the efficacy comparison and new treatment of ulcerative colonic treatment of Chinese and Western medicine.Materials and Methods:1.90 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into three groups: treatment group 1,treatment group 2,control group,30 people in each group.Treatment group 1 was acupuncture combined with optimized kuijie formula group,treatment group 2 was optimized kuijie formula group,and the control group was mesalazine group.1 Acupuncture treatment selected acupuncture points are: Dachangshu(BL25),pishu(BL20)Tianshu(ST25),Shangjuxu(ST37),Guanyuan(CV4),Zhongwan(CV12),Quchi(LI11),Yinlingquan(SP9).Acupuncture once a day,7 times for a course of treatment,4 courses in a row,2 days between 2 courses,a total of 29 days.2 Optimized the optimized kuijie formula is Huangqi 20 g,Atractylodes 15 g,Atractylodes 10 g,Qinglan 3g,Pulsatilla 15 g,Sabina 20 g,Safflower 10 g.Optimize the stagnation side twice a day,before breakfast,after dinner,each serving 200 ml,the course of treatment is 29 days.3 mesalazine sustained-release granules(Adishu)(produced by Aifa Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,specification: 0.5g/bag),0.5g/time,3times/day,orally for 29 consecutive days.Observe the clinical efficacy.Results:The combined treatment of acupuncture and medicine is superior to simple oral traditional Chinese medicine in improving the clinical symptom scores,diarrhea,acute and severe symptoms,and quality of life of patients with ulcerative colitis.In terms of clinical remission rate,clinical effectiveness,Mayo score,colonoscopy score There is no difference between the two treatment methods.The combined treatment of acupuncture and medicine and the treatment of oral traditional Chinese medicine are superior to the treatment of oral medicine alone in terms of clinical remission rate,clinical effectiveness,clinical symptomscore,Mayo score,colonoscopy score,and patient quality of life.Conclusion:In this study,the treatment regimen of oral orally optimized Kuijie prescription is better than that of oral administration of mesalazine alone.The combination of acupuncture and medicine is better than that of oral Chinese medicine alone,especially to improve the quality of life of patients and improve abdominal pain and blood in the stool.The effect of pus and bloody stools is outstanding.
