Retrospective Analysis Of 75 Cases Of Blood-heat Type Allergic Purpura Treated By Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine

Objective: To collect the medical records of patients with blood-heat type allergic purpura treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the past 10 years in the Department of Dermatology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,to summarize their general information and related pathogenic factors,as well as clinical programs and clinical plans of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment.Efficacy evaluation,further summing up experience,in order to provide more standardized diagnosis and treatment ideas and reference for the future development of integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment of blood-heat type allergic purpura.Material and methods: A retrospective study and analysis of the inpatient medical records of patients with blood-heat type Henoch-Schonlein purpura treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine from January 2010 to December 2019 in the Dermatology Inpatient Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,final according to inclusion and exclusion criteria Select 75 patients,sort out their general information(medical record number,age,gender),clinical data of the disease(season,Onset season,predisposing factors,first symptoms,skin involvement parts,digestive tract symptoms,etc.),integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,etc.,and enter them in an Excel table,Use SPSS 24.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Result:1.Basic information of patients: A total of 75 HSP patients were collected this time.The male to female ratio was 1:1.41,the average age of onset was 42.31±21.23,and the average medical history was 241.88±663.28 days.The older the age,the longer the course of the disease(P<0.05).Spring and winter are high-incidence seasons.2.The most common cause of the onset of HSP was upper respiratory tract infection.No obvious cause was found in 54 patients.3.Disease history: 44 cases of HSP patients have more than one disease,common diseases are:hypertension,coronary heart disease.4.Clinical manifestations: All 75 patients developed skin purpura,18 patients developed gastrointestinal symptoms during hospitalization,and 22 patients with HSP developed joint pain.5.Laboratory examination: 20 cases of C-reactive protein increased,14 cases of abnormal white blood cell count,27 cases of urine with occult blood,20 cases of urine protein positive,44 cases of HSP patients,41 cases of allergic reactions,eggs,milk,rice noodles and nuts The most allergies.6.Treatment situation: The top ten flavors of traditional Chinese medicine use frequency are:Rehmannia glutinosa,licorice,paeonol,Imperata cylindrica,charcoal,honeysuckle,small thistle,arborvitae charcoal,sophora japonicus,madder.Cluster analysis of 20 high-frequency drugs: C1: Sophora japonicus,madder,blood charcoal,agrimony,comfrey;C2: forsythia;C3:honeysuckle,small thistle,Diyu charcoal,Platycladus orientalis charcoal,licorice,peony bark,Rehmannia,Imperata cylindrica;C4: Astragalus,Atractylodes;C5: Salvia,Angelica,Poria,Achyranthes.Commonly used western medicine preparations are compound glycyrrhizin,vitamins,rutin tablets,and calcium.7.Treatment and prognosis: 75 cases of HSP patients,17 cases were cured,59 cases improved,0 cases did not heal,the effective rate reached 100%.conclusion:1.The cause of Henoch-Schonlein purpura is still unclear,and it may be related to infection,food allergies,and drug allergies.2.The food allergy rate of HSP patients is as high as 93.18%,of which rice,noodles,nuts and eggs and milk are the two most common types of food allergies.3.There are many patients with elevated C-reactive protein,and it is considered that the disease may be related to infection.4.The treatment of HSP of blood-heat type is mainly based on clearing heat,cooling blood,and stopping bleeding.Cooling blood and stop bleeding,clearing heat and cooling blood drugs are the most commonly used.5.All patients were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,with an effective rate of 97.33%.
