Based On Literature Research To Explore The Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis-asthma Syndrome

Purpose:Through the compilation of the clinical literature on allergic rhinitis-asthma syndrome(CARAS)since its establishment,combined with statistical knowledge,to analyze the drug law of allergic rhinitis-asthma syndrome,it provides a new way of thinking for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Chinese medicine.Material and method:The theme words "allergic rhinitis-asthma syndrome","rhinitis combined with asthma" or "asthma combined rhinitis" were retrieved and published from 1 January 1992 to 30 August 2020 in the China Knowledge Resources Library(CNKI),Chinese academic journal database(Wan fang data),Chinese science and technology journal database(Veep.com)to retrieve the clinical research literature on the treatment of allergic rhinitis-asthma syndrome in Chinese medicine or the case of old Chinese medicine,to "Chinese medicine" or "Chinese medicine" "Chinese medicine" Search again for topics,obtain relevant literature,and screen them one by one according to inclusion exclusion criteria until documents that meet the criteria are found.The results showed that 107 documents were in line,the quantity of drugs in each literature,the types of Chinese medicine and their sexual taste were summarized,and an EXCEL table was established,and all drugs were counted by frequency and cluster analysis,factor analysis methods,so as to obtain the drug law of Chinese medicine for the treatment of allergic rhinitis-asthma syndrome.Results:1.Retrieval literature results: "Allergic rhinitis-asthma syndrome","rhinitis combined asthma" or "asthma combined rhinitis" as the theme words search,retrieved 1024 clinical literature,after being included in the exclusion criteria screening,there are 107,of which 77 are Chinese medicine combined Western medicine treatment,the rest for Chinese medicine treatment.2.Analysis of CARAS’s sick machine,the first five are lung guard is not solid,wind evil attack;The first three were wind,sputum and cold,and the first three were lung,spleen and kidney.3.Frequency results of Chinese medicine treatment of allergic rhinitis-asthma syndrome:a total of 159 kinds of Chinese medicine,the total frequency of 1474 times,of which the frequency is greater than or equal to 10 times there are 42 taste of Chinese medicine,and more than 30 times of Chinese medicine There are 15 flavors of medicine,from more to less in turn for licorice,white art,windproof,ephedrine,jaundice,half-summer,Xinyi,bitter almonds,herons,fine sin,five-flavored son,white grasshops,dates,ground dragons,white slugs.4.Chinese medicine results: According to the frequency of drug use in the literature,the elimination of drugs with frequency less than 10 times,the remaining 42 taste of Chinese medicine classification,a total of 13 kinds of drugs involved,of which more than 20% are anti-table medicine,phlegm anti-coughing asthma and anti-virtual medicine.5.Chinese medicine taste attribution results: included in 107 documents involving a total of 159 taste of Chinese medicine,clinical Chinese medicine in the first five frequency in order for temperature,cold,flat,slightly cold,micro-temperature;6.Cluster analysis results: according to the tree map can be divided into three categories,Class I is hemp,Du Zhong,bone fat,stone pu,peach kernels,orange terrier,white moth,five miso,herons,II class for mulberry white skin,white fruit,purple su,jaundice,molybdo,rigid silkworm,white grasshoea,guizhi,fine sin,dry Ginger,half summer,ground dragon,melon,ephedrine,bitter almonds,Xinyi,licorice,CLASS III,chicken kernels,princes,purple river car,windproof,jaundice,white art,winter flowers,purple,shot dry,party ginseng,Chaihu,white mustard,jing mustard,Chenpi,Purple suzuko and other medicines.7.Association rule analysis results: support greater than 30,there are 10 groups,respectively,licorice-ephedrine,windproof-jaundice,licorice-half summer,licorice-Xinyi,licorice-bitter almonds,ephedrine-bitter almonds,windproof and white art with wu Huang,jaundice and white art with windproof,bitter almonds and ephedrine with licorice.8.Factor analysis results: 9 male factors,15 miso,white,purple suzuki,orange stalk,stone pu,bone fat,peach kernels,hemp,Du Zhong Jing mustard,Chenpi,Chaihu,white mustard;5 jaundice,almonds,earth dragons,melons;6 fennel,princes,chicken gold,jade screen dispersal;7 white art,windproof,jaundice,jaundice;8 frozen silkworms,mulberry white skin,white fruit;9 Xinyi,herons.Conclusion:1.CARAS disease machine analysis for lung health is not solid,wind evil invasion,CARAS pathogenic evidence frequency analysis of the first three are wind,sputum,cold,CARAS disease evidence frequency analysis of the first three are lung,spleen,kidney.2.The commonly used high-frequency drugs used to treat CARAS are mostly anti-table medicine,sputum cough flat wheezing medicine,supplementary medicine;3.The basic law of CARAS treatment compatibility is mainly to relieve the surface and resolve phlegm,warm the yang to relieve the orifice,supplemented by the relief of spasm and asthma,activating blood and removing blood stasis,eliminating food and regulating qi,and clearing away heat and dampness.According to the results of clustering and factor analysis,it can be seen that Xiaoqinglong soup and jade screen dispersion are commonly used prescriptions for the treatment of CARAS.
