ObjectiveAnalysis of the Combined Allergic Rhinitis and Asthma Syndrome characteristics, study the relevant factors in Combined Allergic Rhinitis and Asthma Syndrome of the effects of Chinese medicine to provide more theoretical support for TCM, thus guide clinical treatment , improve the curative efficiency, have more understanding of root cause of illness through the analysis of Chinese medicine syndromes.MethodsGuided by Chinese medicine theory, as per literate and clinic findings, Combined Allergic Rhinitis and Asthma Syndrome patients with common symptoms of the disease and associated factors, I work out these questionnaires. With the same criteria of like general information, medical history, symptoms and common tongue, pulse etc, to conduct the survey in Singapore TCM clinics, study 118 cases of confirmed Combined Allergic Rhinitis and Asthma Syndromes, dialectic analysis after collect alldata, analyze with statistical analysis software.ResultOut of these 118 cases of Combined Allergic Rhinitis and Asthma Syndromes patients,67 is female, accounting for 57%,51 is male and accounting for 43%, female is more than male. the ages of male is between 40 and 50, female is between 40 and 60 years. Inheritance have more something to do with patients,83% in Allergic rhinitis,49% in Bronchus rhinitis. Out Chinese medicine syndromes defiency of lung qi is the most,94 cases accounting for 80%; the second is defiency of kidney yin,23 cases, accounting for 19%; the third is defiency of spleen qi,23 cases, accounting for 19.5%; the fourth is blood stagnation,4 cases, accounting for 3%.ConclusionThrough analysis of 118 cases showed that, Combined Allergic Rhinitis and Asthma Syndromes has seriouse heredity. Allergic rhinitis and Bronchus rhinitis are all lung system diseases, the lung lead qi, manage respiration, the nose is the hole of the lung. Combined Allergic Rhinitis and Asthma Syndromes has serious heredity is in nose and lung, defiency of lung qi is the principal syndrom and then defiency of kidney yin, and spleen qi, that improve lung, spleen and kidney is connected, to treat Combined Allergic Rhinitis and Asthma Syndromes must regular not only lung, but spleen and kidney as well.
