A Meta-analysis Of The Treatment Of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis By Invigorating The Spleen And Removing Phlegm

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of spleen-strengthening and phlegm-resolving therapy in the treatment of thyroiditis Hashimoto,and to provide evidence for the clinical application of this therapy in the treatment of thyroiditis Hashimoto..Materials and methods:Computer search all RCT documents of spleen-strengthening and phlegm-resolving therapy for Hashimoto thyroiditis from January 2010 to December 2019 in Wanfang,CNKI,Lyp,PubMed,SpringerJournals,Science Online and other chinese-english electronic periodical databases.According to the Cochrane collaborative quality evaluation table,the inclusion criteria were established,and the articles that met the criteria were selected,and the data were extracted.The extracted data were put into revman 5.3 software for Meta-analysis,and the results were shown by forest map and publication bias by funnel map.Results:Through screening and elimination,a total of 12 eligible literatures were included,including794 cases.Baseline data,literature quality score and case source of all literatures were basically clear."inverted funnel"graphics left and right basic symmetry.The results of Metaanalysis showed that the combined effect and 95% confidence interval of the total effective rate were [OR= 0.16,95% CI(0.11,0.24)],the clinical effect of HT was improved by the method of strengthening spleen and resolving phlegm,and the total syndrome score was-4.30,95% CI(-6.18,-2.41)],p <0.00001],Serum TGAB CHANGE Z = 4.50,[OR=-118.54,95% CI(-170.23,-66.86)],serum TPOAB CHANGE Z = 2.85,[OR=-57.94,95% CI(-67.97,-18.07)],thyroid volume change [OR=-1.23,95% CI(-2.01,-0.46)],the improved results were all better.Conclusion:The method of strengthening spleen and resolving phlegm can reduce serum TGAb and TPOAb of HT patients,reduce goiter of HT patients,improve clinical curative effect and improve clinical symptoms of HT patients.
