The Role Of Ideological And Political Education In Maintaining Cultural Self-confidence And Its Realization Path

As a country's soft power,the culture plays a more and more important role in the comprehensive strength of a country.The Sixth Central Plenary Session of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China had passed a resolution named?Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Deepening the Reform of Cultural System to Promote the Great Development and Prosperity of Socialist Culture?,put forward to training a high degree of cultural consciousness and cultural self-confidence and build a strong socialist culture country.At the 19th NPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping mentioned:"We must strengthen cultural confidence and promote socialist culture prosper and prosper."Cultural self-confidence refers to a nationality,a nation and a party has a full recognition of their own cultural values and actively practicing,and the firm confidence in the vitality of its culture.Ideological and political education and cultural self-confidence has close links,on the one hand,the culture self-confidence has raised new issues and tasks for ideological and political education,and provide new impetus to promote the development of ideological and political education;on the other hand,the ideological and political education plays an important role for the promotion of cultural self-confidence.This paper starts with cultural self-confidence,explore the internal links between cultural self-confidence and ideological and political education,the role of ideological and political education in persisting in cultural self-confidence and the way to cultivate cultural self-confidence.Full text consists of four parts:The first part is an introduction,this part discusses the background and significance of this paper,summarizes research on the cultural confidence at home and abroad,provides an overview of this research method,research ideas and innovations.The second part analyzes the inner link of ideological and political education and the cultural confidence,and dissert the connotation and characteristics of the concept of cultural self-confidence.At the same time,the article makes a two-way discussion about the relationship between ideological and political education and cultural self-confidence.The third part analyzes the significance and role of ideological and political education in upholding cultural self-confidence.It mainly analyzes the current weaknesses of cultural self-confidence and the important role of ideological and political education in adhering to cultural self-confidence.The fourth part of the article discussed on how to cultivate culture self-confidence through ideological and political education in three main ways.Respectively,play the ideological and political education-oriented functions to protect the direction of cultural self-confidence;expand the education function of ideological and political education to enhance the value of cultural self-confidence;innovating the practical methods of ideological and political education to enhance the culture self-confidence in multi-angles.
