Blended Learning is a new teaching mode,which is gradually recognized and developed in the process of introspection of E-Learning and review for C-Learning.The goal of blended learning is to be student-centered learning and enables all students to achieve their full potential.Taking “College English Intercultural Communication” courses at Heilongjiang University as an example,this study aims to focus on the teaching effect of B-learning and explore the implementation of this course,so as providing reference and suggestions for B-learning at Heilongjiang University in the future.Research questions about this thesis include:1.Is B-learning effectiveness of “College English Intercultural Communication” more significantly than that of traditional C-Learning? 2.Can B-learning improve students' autonomous learning habits? The subjects of this study are two term sophomores majoring in “College English Intercultural Communication” at Heilongjiang University.Two semesters of classroom teaching tracking and data collection were carried out to study the effectiveness of blended learning.In terms of research methods,data were obtained by means of questionnaire surveys,in-depth interviews,classroom observation and the data were statistically analyzed with the help of SPSS software.Results show that B-learning effectiveness of “College English Intercultural Communication” is more significantly than that of C-learning;B-learning can improve students' habits of autonomous learning.Besides,most participants are satisfied with B-learning but issues like online learning time needs to be improved.
