The effectiveness of blended learning is a hot topic that is increasingly concerned by many parties, and it is also the focus of research in blended learning in recent years.Different subjects are always affected by their own positions and experiences when evaluating things. This paper selected two of the most important subjects in blended learning——teachers and students as research objects.Based on previous studies and literature collation, this paper introduced the Q method for researching human subjectivity, and used data collection methods such as Likert scales and interviews to improve the rationality and scientificity of experiments. And then PQMethod(2014)was used for data processing and analysis, and finally, this paper presented the perspectives of different groups and the classification results of the perspectives of teachers and students about the effectiveness of blended learning in an in-depth way.The results showed that, for the effectiveness of blended learning, most of the concerns were different, even though there were some similarities between teachers and students. The classification results also showed that,in general, the subjects can be divided into four groups with different perspectives: instructional design concerns, educational technology concerns, teaching evaluation concerns, and learning environment concerns. Some suggestions were put forward at the end of this thesis: promoting the organic integration of online and offline teaching, choosing the appropriate teaching media, establishing a multidimensional comprehensive evaluation system, and setting up a good teaching environment. At the same time, the author objectively and rationally analyzed the shortcomings of this research and put forward the future research directions of the proposition. |
