As a literati who was proficient in both Ci and Qu in the Late Ming Dynasty,to some extent,Wang Tingne's Ci and Qu can reflect the rich information of the relationship between Ci and Qu in the Late Ming Dynasty.In addition to putting Wang Tingne's Ci and Sanqu which have not been paid enough attention to into the research field,this thesis will also focus on the fusion and interaction between Wang Tingne's Ci,Sanqu and drama.The main body of this thesis is divided into four parts.Chapter 1,through the analysis of Wang Tingne's family life,temperament characteristics and social intercourse,the author investigates Wang Tingne's outlook of life and his literary,philosophical and religious tendencies under the influence of authors of Qu,the later students of Yangming's philosophy,Buddhist and Taoists.Chapter 2,according to the existing literature,studies Wang Tingne's concept of Ci and Qu.It can be seen from Wang Tingne's preface for others that he has a clear understanding of the musicality of Qu,and at the same time,he highly praised that kind of Qu which artistic characteristics of both literary and musical,both refined and popular.From Wang Tingne's creation,it can be concluded that he has the literary consciousness of the overall view of Ci and Qu,and he always takes himself comfort as the purpose of creation.In addition,although Wang Tingne shows his pursuit of Wujiang School in the theory of drama,he shows more inheritance of the concept of Wenci School in the practice of specific creation.Chapter 3,starting from the description content of Wang Tingne's Ci and Sanqu,summarizes and compares the similarities and differences of Wang Tingne's Ci and Sanqu in the common lyric,ambition,entertainment and other functions.Chapter 4,it explores the fusion and interaction of Wang Tingne's Ci and Qu in style and technique.Although Wang Tingne's Ci and Sanqu about literati's life show the style characteristics of elegance and leisure,his Sanqu which sigh his life experience and world affairs still retain the natural characteristics of Sanqu.To a certain extent,this forthright feature also affected some of Wang Tingne's Ci of writing his mind.In addition,there is also an obvious interaction between Wang Tingne's Ci and drama.In addition to the integration of Ci into the musical passage,which gave birth to the drama language with strong flavor of Ci,the Ci in the spoken parts was also influenced by the elements of drama.
