Wang Tingne was an important dramatist of late Ming Dynasty in Hui Zhou. His dramas were interested in by researchers as the raise of temperature of study on dramas. But there were still many questions about it on the whole, such as un-intact or uneven on study. So, this article takes Study on Wang Tingne's Dramas as the title, tries to contemplate it entirely.This thesis mainly consists of six parts. The Introduction reviews comprehensively the studies on Wang Tingne's dramas and points out the inadequacies of it. The first chapter is Wang Tingne's whole life and works. It re-sorts out all the materials about his family and life, tries to give out rational verdicts about some controversial problems. The second chapter, the Record of Wang Tingne's Dramas, has textually researches and discuses the Chuaqi's and Zaju's number, dissemination, dissipation and record in late time, tries to get a more rational conclusion. The third chapter contemplates entirely the extant dramas and classifies them according to their themes. The fourth chapter is the Esthetic Value of Wang Tingne's Dramas, analyses the artic master and value from the point views of plot structure, language and suiting perform in stage. The Conclusion mainly discuses the influence of Wang Tingne's Dramas in later times and puts forward some eager wishes. As a conclusion, Wang Tingne's Dramas obtained outstanding achievement and should be paid more attention to.
