The Language Is Consistent With The Modernization Of Japan

Meiji period(1868-1912)was the beginning of Japan's entering the ranks of world powers.For modern Japan,the completion of its modernization is an essential key for it to step into a powerful country.In the process of modernization of Japan,the modernization of language can not be ignored,and the reform of language can even be said to be the basis of modernization.For a long time,the separation of words and articles in Japan is not conducive to the development of Japan's modernization.Through the unified expression of words and articles,Japan is not only easy to learn the cultural knowledge of other countries,but also easier to communicate with its own people and can strengthen the sense of belonging of its people,which has played a role in promoting its modernization.This paper will sort out Genbunicchi movement,and from the perspective of politics,literature and education,with historical events as a reference,divide the movement into three stages.First of all,in the stage of origin,Genbunicchi movement is examined from the political level.The proposition of the advocator who narrates the unity of words and texts,At the folk level,it is analyzed in combination with the free civil rights movement.In order to publicize political thoughts,transformed the content of his speech into a text for publication,which can also be said to be a precedent for the article to tend to be "colloquial".In addition,in order to make the general public more easily understand the political thought,it is in the propaganda tool also appeared the sprout of the unification of classical Chinese.At the national level,in order to get rid of the fate that the country lags behind the times,the country advocates learning from the West.so as to learn advanced knowledge more efficiently and complete the modernization of the country.After that,in the stage of style exploration,the movement of the unity of words and prose is investigated from the literary level.By combing the modern novelists' exploration of the new style,this paper makes a textual research on the source of the unity of words and texts.In the process of stylistic exploration,it is found that the stylistic reform of the novel has gone through the arduous process of the "da" style,"desu" style,and finally unified in the "dearu" style,thus establishing the basic form of the consistent style of speech and prose.And through the analysis of the novel " Ukigumo ",we find that the use of the same style of speech and prose in the novel embodies the characteristics of simplicity,convenience for the realism of the article and easier for the psychological description of the characters.Finally,by analyzing the characters in the novel,we can find the true portrayal of the Westernization of the Meiji society and the modernity reflected in the criticism of the bureaucrats in the Meiji society.Finally,in the stage of educational reform,the movement of the unity of speech and prose is investigated from the educational level.The consistency of words and texts established in the period of style exploration made Japan,which was in the chaos of style in the early Meiji period,grasp the hand in the process of education reform.In this stage,by analyzing the textbook in the five versions of textbooks,we can observe the language in the teaching material is easier to understand,making it easier for the people to learn cultural knowledge,the role of the people has been transformed from the subjects of the feudal society to the citizens of the modern society,and gradually has a sense of rights.Finally,through the unity of language,it also enhances the sense of identity within the nation.
