With the rapid development of China's economy in recent years and the continuous improvement of its international status, the trade between China and Poland has gradually become closer under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative, thus attracting more and more Polish people to start learning Chinese. However, compared with the number and history of Confucius Institutes opened in other countries and regions, the development of Chinese teaching in Poland has not yet formed a large scale, and there is still some room for improvement.Regarding the course outline, the outline of the Confucius Institutes in Poland is based on its own situation. To date, the Polish government has not yet formulated a unified Chinese teaching course outline, and there is no unified course system. This situation may lead to differences in teaching effect and teaching emphasis, which to a certain extent has exacerbated the imbalance in the development of Chinese teaching and is not conducive to the teaching and spread of Chinese in Poland.Under this background, this article cuts into Poland's language policy and conducts relevant research with the Chinese syllabus as the research object. This article is divided into five parts,of which the third and fourth chapters are the focus. The first part is an introduction, which mainly introduces the research background and significance, the current status of Polish Chinese teaching research, and the current status of domestic and foreign research in the curriculum syllabus, and determines the research method of this article. The main content of the first chapter is to introduce Poland's language education policy. At the macro level,it provides an overview of both native and foreign languages, including the evolution of Poland's powerful language,Polish education, and changes in leading foreign languages. The micro level includes basic education, higher education and vocational education. Finally, some enlightenments of Polish language education policy on Chinese communication and Chinese curriculum outlines are put forward. For example, the teaching objectives of Chinese courses in the basic education stage should be communicative, and the teaching content can draw on the subject areas of English courses. The second chapter mainly introduces the history of Chinese communication and teaching development in Poland, and summarizes the current situation of Chinese teaching from the aspects of teachers, teaching materials, curriculum settings, evaluation systems, etc.through questionnaire surveys. Finally, four characteristics of Chinese teaching in Poland are summarized:Polish Chinese teachers' professional knowledge is relatively solid, but most of them are novice teachers. The nature of Chinese courses is from the interest class to the credit class. The evaluation system is based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages,Chinese classroom teaching lacks suitable auxiliary teaching materials. The third chapter compares and analyzes the widely used Chinese level syllabus and the Confucius Institutes in Poland syllabus. In the process of analyzing the basic framework, the level of Chinese proficiency, and the grammar project,I found that there are two problems in the syllabus of the Polish Confucius Institute.First, the content emphasizes the structure and ignores the culture and there is no unified standard for the classification of Chinese proficiency.Second, the scope of application is limited to Confucius Institute's Chinese interest classes, and it has no obvious guiding role in the selection of teaching materials and the arrangement of teaching content. The first section of the fourth chapter analyzes the two major factors affecting the Chinese curriculum of Uniwersytet Jana Kochanowskiego w Kielcach(UJK)in Poland and the situation of Chinese courses.Through a questionnaire survey,it is found that Polish Chinese learners have higher requirements on listening, speaking skills and cultural goals,as well as strong internal learning motivation. The second section is based on European Common Reference Framework:Learning,Teaching,Evaluation and European Chinese Proficiency Standard? Can Do Description as the guiding standards, taking Polish foreign language teaching policy and Chinese teaching in UJK as reference. On the basis of this, the communication-culture teaching concept of the Chinese Experience Curriculum of UJK was determined. Finally, around this teaching concept, the UJK Chinese Experience Curriculum was designed from the aspects of cultural entry point and communication task.On the basis of the above research, this study believes that the localization of international Chinese standards is an important research direction for the development of nationalized Chinese teaching in the new period. However,a localized syllabus needs to invest more manpower and material resources, and it also needs to be established in on top of a more extensive bottom-up survey of Chinese.I hope that the design proposed at the end of this article can contribute a meager contribution to the subsequent research.
