On The Application Of The Golden Ratio In Plastic Arts

As a mathematical concept,"Golden Ratio" has received extensive attention in different disciplines and has been applied to different fields,such as architecture,sculpture,design,painting,calligraphy,and overall planning,and so on.This article focuses on the "golden ratio" as the research object,and limits the research object to the "golden ratio in the frame" and "the relationship between the formal content in the picture".Through the analysis of the golden ratio and the painting formal language of "Last Supper" in different periods,it is shown how the golden ratio realizes the expression of the theme content through the painting formal language,thus affecting the overall picture.The core problem studied in this article is the comparative analysis of the golden ratio and the formal language content in the picture.First of all,sort out the concepts of the golden ratio,the relationship and influence of the golden section and the position of the picture frame.The second is the content of formal language,including: shape,light and dark,story content,and geometric shape.Discussed from the above four aspects.This article uses the same theme "Last Supper" of different artists as an example to compare the research methods of its pictures.This article focuses on the comparative analysis and analysis through the combination of the golden ratio and the language content of the picture form.
