| Daily things,small things or trivial objects in ordinary life,exist in the most close and direct living environment of individuals.Each of our lives revolves around these ordinary trivial things,and we need to gradually familiarize ourselves with the use of their objects and tools in such an environment,and form our own exclusive behavior habits.It is also a necessity that facilitates the functioning of life and is an enduring theme in the history of painting.Although the two artists,Vuillard and Arikha,did not meet in the same era,they were both determined to use their lives as a source of inspiration for their artistic creation and as their emotional sustenance,regardless of the changes in time or any external influence.In this paper,the author study the creative techniques,picture conceptions and emotional expressions of Vuillard and Arikha,analyze the formal characteristics of their works,and combine them with the author’s own practice to understand the meaning of the artists on the author’s creation,starting from the author’s daily life.With the progress of technology and the rapid development of the information age,the Internet has brought people closer together but also distanced them.Perhaps what is needed on many occasions for is people to return to real life,to try to communicate deeply with the things around them,and to re-examine the people and things that really accompany them. |
