On The Performance Of Dream Imagery In Art

Since ancient times,dreams have been with us.Our curiosity and Research on dreams has a history of thousands of years.Looking back,as early as in ancient times,people have found the existence of dreams.People in different periods have different understandings of dreams.Dream has become an important part of many art creations.There are many art works about the combination of dream and art creation at home and abroad.Dream image provides inspiration for the creation of most artists and is an important link for artists to examine themselves and trigger their thinking.In this paper,the personal dream and personal art creation practice as a starting point,to explore the causes of the formation of human dream subconscious and the relationship between the existence of self art creation.This article is divided into three parts.The first part focuses on the physiological and psychological basis of dreams.Through Freud's "the writer and the daydream" to explore the relationship between dreams and artists.In the second part,through the analysis of examples,it tells the artists' expression means for the creation of Dream Theme in different periods.By analyzing the representative works of artists in different periods and different creative techniques,it has been proved that different works of artists contain their own true emotional expression.The third part is the summary of my personal artistic creation.It tells about the thinking of self dream,and leads the problem to the creative practice from his dream,and effectively combines the thinking results of self dream with his graduation creation,so as to achieve the purpose of reasonable expression of self inner real feelings.
