In this article,we focus on the viewpoint of morality and justice in Confucius Yi-ology.With the help of the new discovery in archeology,as well as literatures and researches in existence, the article is trying to give an in-depth explanation of morality and justice in I-Ching,which aims at making a clear analysis on three things:interpretation on morality and justice, relationship between them two as well, and characteristics of the way Confucius used to explain I-Ching.The full text is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is based on the development of Yi-ology in the Shang and Zhou dynasties former Confucius Age,and explores the source of “virtue and righteousness” of Yi-ology thought from the beginning of the "Book of Changes".Considering that confucius' concept of "virtue and righteousness ",which was born out of the View of the "Book of changes" in the Context of Witchcraft and Religious Culture in Shang and Zhou dynasties, was the inheritance and development of the thought of Yi-ology of King Wen of Zhou,Duke of Zhou, and confucius' divination practice in his old age paved the way for his understanding of " virtue and righteousness".The second chapter is a study, about the connotation of Confucius' view of virtue and righteousness.First of all, focusing on the word source of the concept of "virtue and righteousness",exploring the original meaning of its ancient script, and then from the philosophical point of view to analyze its meaning in the Book of Changes,To clarify the basis of Confucius' elucidation of "virtue and righteousness".Secondly, exploring the triple syntactic relation of "virtue and righteousness" as a phrase.First,"virtue and righteousness" are logically juxtaposed,no causal link;second,Second, taking "righteousness" as the foundation, according to "righteousness" view "virtue";Third, taking "virtue" as the foundation, according to "virtue" view "righteousness",the paper tends to be the third interpretation. The "virtue" here means heaven. And leads to the unearthed literature of Zisi' thought "five elements" as theside evidence,Considereing that Confucius emphasized "virtue and righteousness" as "righteousness" of "virtue",is a realm of saints at the level of "virtue" of Heaven which higher than the witch and historiographer' humanity "good".The third chapter probes into the reflection of Confucius' view of virtue and righteousness in Confucianism. And it concerns the relationship between the philosophy of the Book of Changes and the theory of "Benevolence".It is believed that the "Shinto teachings" of the Book of Changes is the source of Confucian ethics and improves the epistemology system of the early Confucianism.Confucius' understanding of "Shinto" has a foundational significance to Confucianism founded Confucianism with religious character, which communicates the upper form of Taoism with the lower form of education, and this paper tries to reveal the ultimate meaning and value of Yi-ology.
